My stay was very enjoyable. I was there for two nights. I was able to check in a few hours early when I arrived on a morning flight, which was much appreciated. I have been to several hostels that won't do that. The bed was comfortable, and it was easy and safe to walk all over the city. I would...

I really loved staying at Al Son de los Santos. It was so comfortable and the short walk to the center was a delight! Everyone was super friendly and hospitable; I recommend los Santos whole-heartedly :D

This is reasonable value for budget traveller visiting Guanajuato. I paid 218 pesos for 8 bed male dorm room. That would be pricey in other parts of Mexico but that's about as cheap as you will get in Guanajuato for whatever reason. There are showers with hot water in the dorm, free WiFi which is decent but not super quick...

Good, very clean place in the city of Guanajato. My only complaint is that the location isn't the closest to all of the action in the city (in terms of walking). If you're taking taxis or the bus, it's a short 10 minute trip to the center.

Clean rooms, the kitchen area had the basic facilities, if you arrived by bus from the bus station, there's a direct bus and it drops you in the door. The staff are in the best mood to recommend places to visit. The rooms have hot water but just enough for a warm bath.

If you need a somewhat cheaper place to stay Al Santos works. I stayed two nights and did not have hot water to use when showering. Al Santos also charged me more than was quoted via a hotel booking site. If you have the money, you may wish to stay elsewhere. The rooms are not like the picture on their...

I really really really am grateful for the flexibility of the staff in adjusting their schedule for my arrival time. My flight was delayed and I got in later than the expected time. The staff was great. The decor wonderful. The accessible hot and cold water and tea was a nice touch. The shower was wonderful!! It's just a quick...

The hostel is tastefully designed, clean and well-maintained. The bus coming in from the airport to the city drops you off just steps away from the hostel. Sandra and her colleague are an excellent source of information on things to do around town and make guests feel at home in their hostel. The only downside was the noise from the...

I stayed at this place for 4 nights and enjoyed it very much. The location is great, all rooms are clean, the kitchen is neat and so is the rooftop. The staff is very friendly and helpful and answers all questions with patience. It can get a little chilly at night but there are enough blankets for the beds to...

As the title say this is a great hostel for young people. Two floors and a patio on the rooftop, very clean and staff was really nice and helpful. It has a common kitchen with enough things to get you by. We used the San Roque room which had two beds and a bathroom. On my experience I love it,...

“The doors of the rooms were open and I took a look at the upstairs suite, it is gorgeous, private entrance, private little patio, fire place. If people travel with children there are rooms with bunkbeds, It suits most travelers.”
