Stayed here for only one weekend night with my family and it was perfect for the price and value of the hotel. It is located outside of the city center. The rooms are very spacious and the premises are well kept and the pool is a plus if you want to relax. Service is attentive. Good choice if you go...

Clean rooms and housekeeper is worth one of the hotel stars on her own. Big rooms and hotel was empty when we were there. Good if relaxation is what you wish but is slightly out of town for sightseeing. Pool is great and clean. Restuarant says 10pm but closed at 8pm. Decided to stay 2nd night and restuarant prices were...

Very aggressive and rude staff at the front desk added to a really bad location makes this hotel a very bad option to visit the city. Noisy and very complicated parking lot. And, important for those like me who love bikes, don't stay here if you are bringing your bike with you and plan to ride around. Bikes are not...

Very good hotel, with nice, clean and big rooms. Very good sleeping quality. It has an elevator to the rooms even when its only 3 floors high. Not a good location (outside the city) if you are looking for a walk in town.

What an awesome stay, my room was huge , plenty of room to put your shopping and things. My mattress was great, room service was fast and the Pina collada at the restaurant were to die for....Breakfast, lunch and dinner was great ......Don't forget the pool, we were flopping like mackerels......Awesome...........

The good - this is an awesome hotel...the entrance was gorgeous, the service fantastic, the hotel restaurant served up wonderful meals and our room was a good size and well appointed. Contrary to what other reviewers said my wife and I found the wifi to work very well and be reasonably fast, just realize that you need to renew your...

We were here during the slow season, and never saw another guest during our stay. The pool was closed but with a very nice setup. We had a balcony with a view of the property. I really enjoyed the bathtub, something I have not found often in Mexico. The parking was secure below and the restaurant was delicious. I liked...

This is a really nice hotel. Large rooms, fair rates, quiet. Not in centro, but that's not all bad if you have a car. We just taxied into town without worrying about parking. Next day we went on to Leon, hotel is right on the highway.

Hotel is just beyond the toll booth entering Guanajuato, very easy to find and easy to get to. The hotel itself is beautiful. Every room has a nice view of the center of the property, featuring a nice pool and greenery. Hotel is family owned and run. The onsite restaurant has scaled its menu back tremendously, but the food we...

I was booked to stay here for a week and left after the first night. Reason? Location! This otherwise very nice hotel was in the boondocks whereas I wanted to be in town. Very pleasant staff, very clean, nice room, etc.
