The place looks like a fairy tale castle, with amazing views and unbelievably delicious breakfast. Rooms are clean, artsy and comfortable. Also, you can spend time just staring at interiror details and, of course, views from the rooftop. I loved the location, service and vibe. Highly recommended!

I stayed here after reading lots of reviews and recommendations of some friends. I think it's a great place and perhaps if I was traveling with a friend it would've been better. As a solo traveler for me the atmosphere is one of the most important aspects of a hostel. As long as there is a general level of cleanliness...

Amazing views from the roof. Very good breakfast. Wonderful staff. The style of the hostel is quite unique and charming. The bed was too hard for me. The bathroom is located within the dorm which I'm not keen on. Barking dogs outside were a bit of a nuisance. There's quite a few steps up to get the hostel. This could...

. Great service, great people, free gourmet breakfast, free wifi. Just long stairs, try to always take them up down ... it has both entrys one above and one on the bottom. If you use a wheelchair don't. Beautiful place, really centered.

My wife and I just spent a month living in Room #2 at Casa de Dante. We are in our early 70s, two or three generations older than many of the international travellers who flock to this remarkable place. Our double room was big and comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast that Elena and her crew prepare each morning is...

Other travelers have raved enough about this place that I'll add a few notes of my own. I got one of the best (if not the best) private room: number 8, at the end of the hall on the top floor. It has floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading onto a private balcony. One downside is that half the view is of...

Good points : 1. Very well decorated and designed 2. The dorm room is very spacious and clean. 3. There are three separate bathrooms in a 10 beds dorm room which is more than enough. 4. Tailor made breakfast everyday!! 5. The first hostel I stayed which provide a bath set (towel, body lotion, soap, and shampoo ) Bad points:...

This is one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at...Dante and his family are super helpful and friendly (Dante can book you bus tickets from the front desk). His mom is a fantastic cook, everything looks and tastes gourmet, and is served in their colourful kitchen, where you sit around the table with other guests. The breakfast is...

This is really the hostel of your dreams - felt a little bit like home. The hostel is managed by a very nice man named Dante, who always smiled while providing the very detailed explanations about the town. I really liked talking with him and getting his advises. The room was very cozy, had great decorations on the walls and...
