Location - the hotel is located at the center of the historical center, it is walking distance to many restaurants, street foods, many museums, 10 minutes to the Zocalo and metro station... Edgar, the concierge and the reception staff were extremely accommodating and very helpful with dining and sightseeing options. Room - was located on the 2nd floor away from...

What a Treat !!! We chose The Hampton Inn Mexico City for two reasons: 1. Location. It is within 2 blocks from The Zocalo. 2. It has the looks and the feeling of a Historical Building. Upon arrival, we knew we had made the right decision. The Staff at this property was everything we had read on TripAdvisor... They are...

The interior of the hotel is set around a central atrium which goes up to the roof. We were a little surprised to find that our room only had a window out onto this atrium, and there is a walkway outside the window, but we're pretty much, "The room is just where you sleep" (and it was sure to be...

My husband and I visited Mexico City last week, April 2017. We stayed at the hotel for about 4 nights, and that's one of the best choices we made! 1. We felt welcomed by friendly staff every day. Everyone is very accommodating to our needs. It was truly a pleasure to meet and chat with Alex and Edgar at the...

We visited Mexico City in April 2017 and we were pleasantly surprised by the benefit/value with the price paid. It definitely exceeded my expectation and I heard the same feedback from my colleague who stayed at this hotel before. The hotel is clean/well maintained from inside while keeping the original old look from outside, the complementary hot breakfast was good...

The hotel is located a few blocks from the Zocolo. It was renovated from an older building and has a nice stained glass roof. The hotel's rooms are spacious and have your standard amenities including a small refrigerator and safe. One minor issue was that the windows could not be opened. In fact, the windows are nailed shut. The main...

The hotel is beautiful inside and out. I loved the historical character. The hotel staff were really amazing and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. This was one of my favorite hotels that I have stayed at.

So hard to choose with so many hotels and so many different locations. I will say that I was very happy with our choice of the Hampton! The room was very comfortable and clean, my daughter and I both had a good night's sleep every night. The breakfast was regular+ (they switched it up every day and there were always...

It was a perfect location to go visit DF. The personnel was extremely helpful. Their concierge Edgar was FANTASTIC. His suggestions made our visit enjoyable, memorable and worth repeating. Alex was also great, but we mainly communicated with Edgar. (Edgar, if you are reading this, thank you from the bottom of our hearts -the Jones) we planned to stay in...
