Excellent service from all staff, very helpful with suggestions for getting around, printing boarding passes, anything that was requested. Excellent value for the price, great location if you interested in historical locations.

It is my first time to visit Mexico City. I am lucky I have chosen a good hotel : clean room, nice staff and lots of freebies. I am also happy my family and I chose a private tour c/o Turismo Mexico. Mr. Israel Mendoza was an excellent tour guide. Indeed, "the myth becomes true".

First contact was with Martin. Pleasant and got us checked in and luggage delivered to our room. Edgar was so helpful. We speak no Spanish and he assisted us in getting us to the subway and to our event. He recommended very good resturants. All staff was helpful, accommodating and pleasant. Location was great. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Was treated very well! Staff was extremely helpful! Will stay there again on my next visit. Close to the Metro and other points of interest. Lovely building with outdoor roof terrace where you can relax.

I stay 2 nights for business. I got a nice clean room, and very loyal to Hampton Inn chains. Gym very small, not very good maintenance, but fair enough. Business center with no ink in the printer. Breakfast is not their best feature. staff very nice. Two good restaurants "inside" the hotel. Steps away from centro historico and zocalo.

If you want to stay right in the thick of el DF, near el zocalo, restaurants, bakeries, and other conveniences, then this is an ideal place. The outside area can be loud and busy, but the hotel is a nice refuge. The breakfast bar is really good. The rooms are very nice and clean. The The lobby is welcoming. The...

........ primarily on what room you get. I like my rooms to be quiet when I'm in them. The first four floors of this hotel look out on to an open foyer, with corridors leading off them. If you are unlucky enough to have room directly opening to the open foyer, especially on the lower floors, you will hear everything...

The recent experience we had at this Hampton Inn was incredible, from the moment we stepped out of the taxi in front of the hotel until the time we left we did not receive more attention and great service. Quality versus price isn't fair: A tiny bedroom, outdated bed and furnitures, no day light and noisy during the night. Breakfast place is crowed in small area not corresponding to the number of rooms, waiting time to get food is unacceptable, staff seems overloaded and don't care the clients waiting. One advice: stay away of this hotel
