When we got to our room it was dirty, like the guests had just left, even the cups were used and the bed unmade. The staff is rude and expects tips for every little thing they do for you, it feels as if "breakfast included" is a lie, the waiters act as if you don't exist and don't even reply...

This hotel is dirty and stinks. They need a lot of training, from housekeeping to customer service. The air conditioner didn't work and the rooms are outdated. There is a lot of prostitution at all hours, but mostly at night. The outside of the hotel smells like a sewer and the smell gets in the lobby and your room.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ramada Reforma. The hotel is fairly central there is a metro station in less than 5 minutes and you can walk to most central tourist attractions. Rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. There is a small but pretty indoor swimming pool area and a basic gym. The fact that there are...

The television did not work. The bathroom is from the 50's all dirty and disgusting. When I went to complain the guy at the desk was so rude!!! Do not stay here is the only thing I can tell you. I don't understand people saying what a great hotel it was. The neighborhood it's directly in is full of prostitutes...

The room was comfortable and the toilet / bath was exceptionally good for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast did not meet my expactations as it was extremely hard to find anything which did not contain sugar. The pool was small, cosy and warm. The neighborhood did not seem safe after 8:00 PM as there were too many prostitutes and transexuals...

The hotel room was good, for the price, however the bathroom extractor didn't work and the a.c. Wasn't cooling enough. I would check in again but next time I would give a check to the room. Also at the check I had to stay waiting for around an hour.

I booked this hotel for a quick visit to Mexico City on March, the price was right ($1000 MXN Pesos or 55 bucks/night). Nevertheless, the bed in our room was pretty small for a couple, I think they gave us the smallest room. It was really tiny. The location is perfect to visit downtown, but during night time there is...
