I stayed at the St Regis for a night with my boyfriend. We had a good stay (my only frustration is that when we asked for a room with a better view and agreed to pay, we had to wait 30 minutes as there seemed to be some confusion). The jacuzzis and pool are fantastic, food is great, and the...

We went for some late afternoon chilling (post walk in the park) with some delicious cocktails and yummy light snacks and left with smiles on our faces. Highly recommend the Mezcal cocktail and salmon rice cake sashimi :)

This hotel improved a lot. I loved their Champagne Ritual for Guests on wednesdays. Very safe and of course comfy rooms. Being SPG Top Level I enjoyed all my benefits. A pity that the terrace bar had the terrace closed for renovation. Staff welcoming and very nice as it should. Probably the best hitel in Mexico City. Well done !

I have been coming to this hotel for the last 4 years on various occasions and can safely say you will be pampered and attended to by outstanding service. The rooms are well appointed, with huge bathrooms. The restaurants and the gym are decent. Hard to beat this type of hotel but you will pay premium prices.

Perfection! You rarely visit a property where almost nothing can be improved upon, but this was one of those places. I felt like I was in Asia with all the luxury, modernity and professionalism, however on top of that you get the legendary warmth of Mexican culture. I can't wait to be back. I'd suggest the pool hours get extended...

The rooms are beautiful. The restaurant is 5 stars. The staff is amazing. There's a personal butler on each floor. There's a heli-pad on the roof. What else do you need? Beautiful hotel. Impeccably maintained. Staff is amazing right from when you pull up at the door. Sparkling wine served as we checked in! Location is great.
