Overrated hotel. Expensive and in fact 3 stars instead of 4. I was in a room where column occupies half of bedroom and at bathroom it was water leaking from roof. But nice view from the terrace and good breakfast service.

Stayed in room 101. Had one king size bed, spacious room, decent bathroom, and a separte room with a desk and a sofa. We walked everywhere, we never had any food at the hotel, why would you if there are a lot of restaurants and cafes at a walking distance. Don´t forget to bring your own conditioner. Pillows and mattress...

Stayed here during a convention. Location is great in Polanco are, close to the park. The rooms are dated and a bit worn out. Restaurant on top is nice , with great food. Ambience is a bit lacking, I went there for Breakfast, but wouldn't go there for diner, as the ambience is a bit stark. The park close by...

The worst experience ever! The things are described in the order of seriousness how I perceive it. 1. my room was stinky. The big window was not openable. My colleague's window was openable and it was way better. Ask for room with openable window. 2. breakfast: I was looking forward to a buffet breakfast. unfortunately they offered only breakfast menu....

I was looking forward to staying in a reasonably special city centre hotel. I was lead to believe that there was a pool and decent space in the hotel, however, the restaurant was being refurbished and was closed, the Gym was closed as a result. My bed room was a good size but there was only a tiny cupboard, not...

It's a small hotel located on a residential street and if you didn't know it was there you would have to look pretty hard. Close by, within a block, are many different restaurants and late night hang outs but you don't hear nay noise from the rooms.
