Front desk staff is quite unfriendly, however Miguel was very helpful and outgoing. Actually i bother to write this review in order to praise and thank him. Hotel neighborhood is rather safe for walking outside. Access to Zocalo is by a short taxi ride, or if you have time, easy 700 meters (2300 feet) to Heroes Ninos Metro station. Jardin...

On our 50th anniversary trip, we splurged on the hotel, and it was wonderful. The hotel is an oasis in a busy and fascinating city. Our standard king room was very large, comfortable, and tastefully appointed. We overlooked the courtyard on the second floor, so it was very quiet. What we appreciated most about the hotel was the staff, particularly...

Highly recommended hotel in Mexico City - will definitely be back. Concierge was excellent in helping to plan trips to sites in and around the city. Fantastic restaurant and bar area in the hotel which is great for drinks.

My wife and I (along with 3 friends) stayed at the Four Seasons in Mexico City for 4 nights over President’s Day weekend. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay there again. The rooms are spacious and nice (although nothing unique), the courtyard and bar area are beautiful and great for relaxing after a day of seeing the...

From the incredibly beautiful central courtyard, accommodations, restaurants and location there is no better place to stay in Mexico City than Four Seasons. After staying here for over 15 years, it is great to see so many familiar faces from staff that always make me feel at home.

Very luxurious hotel with large rooms and excellent beds. Good restaurant and bar. Service of the hotel staff was very friendly and pleasant. The location of the hotel is perfect for business with lots of nearby visits on walking distance

Location is great as well as the construction and staff. The restaurant at the internal garden is not so good, with a slow service. We ordered lunch and it came in parts, and even after complaining to the waiter they could not serve all dishes together nor in a timely manner. Our experience at dinner at the italian restaurant was...

Service at Bar need to improve. We need to ask for drinks and appetizers several times. Still good experience but sevice can be better. The hotel is beautiful and would be good to take brunch on Sunday, but you need to make a reservation.

I enjoyed everything about my stay. I loved my comfortable room. The breakfast was delicious. The concierge went out of his way to help me find a place I could buy a suitcase on the way to the airport. A wonderful place with a beautiful inner courtyard.

This is my second visit to the Four Seasons Mexico City and they haven't changed in their impeccable service and quality in 5 years. We arranged an airport pick-up through the hotel which was waiting for us when we exited customs. Our driver was professional, knowledgable and spoke perfect English. Check-in was very efficient despite being busy at the time....
