Staying at the four seasons is a gift in which, outstanding service, great food and awesome building merge into a dream vacation or business trip. They are always treating you like royalty and they make you feel special and cared for.

Restaurant is wonderful, the food is excellent, the bar is fun at night. Service in the hotel is great, but the rooms are pretty boring and impersonal, the only view is on the courtyard. Location of the hotel is goodMore

We moved into the four seasons after a bad experience in another hotel. The experience here was amazing. Joaquim in the front desk was great!! Everybody from valet to in room dining was superb. Best hotel in Mexico City.More

Overall Service and People a very friendly. main desk has space to improve especially in case of Problems. Restaurant offer good Quality and Service. the Location of the Hotel is nice and save. besides some Service Problems i would recommend this Hotel.

I believe it’s about 8 miles away, which in Mexico City is at least a 45 minute drive.

There are more sidewalk cafes in the Polanco area but both are equally safe and centrally located in relation to Museums and Historic Center.
