If I was planning another trip to Mexico City I would probably try the Hyatt. It is newer and in a better location for dining and shopping. The restaurants at FS are excellent as is the service. The bar, 50mil, is also very nice and service is great. The property has been well maintained but is lacking in some amenities.

What an amazing experience! Worth every single penny spent in this oasis. All of the employees at four seasons were nice and extremely helpful. From the time we arrived to the time we left. From our bellman to our wonderful housekeepers. What do you expect from a four seasons? I've stayed in plenty of them... this is by far the...

Excellent service and very friendly staff. The front desk, concierge, door men and the gentleman who worked at the spa were all phenomenal. Everyone went out of their way to help us and make our stay pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Four Seasons Mexico City is a wonderful experience. I was there for three nights on business and it offers a very good location near Chapultepec Park as well as the service you expect from Four Seasons. The courtyard in the center of the property is great for brunch and drinks. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in...

Really enjoyed our stay here. Not surprised by great service, room, amenities. The Italian restaurant (forgot the name) which is run by an outside group had amazing food but inconsistent service. Perfect one night, awful the next, that was the only blemish and the reason for 4 stars on service.

Four Seasons brand distinguishes itself by high quality standards and attention to details. Within this select group, Mexico City's hotel adds a warm welcoming feeling to the mix that makes it The Hotel in the Mexican Capital. Make sure you have breakfast in the beautiful terrace and enjoy a drink made by an expert bar tender.

Our stay was amazing. I felt like I was at home. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the service was A+ This is the only place I will ever stay at when in Mexico City for sure. My only complaint was that breakfast was just ok.

The majestic Four Seasons has and always will be a Classic for anyone visiting DF ! Recently renovated the rooms are very well equipped - a great bed experience, bathroom and amenities - and QUIET which I loved as many hotels in Mexico city can be noisy. I love the Patio área and it is well exploited, Italian resto off...

Overall it was a great stay but I was disappointed that concierge failed to respond to my multiple emails requesting help getting dinner reservations. They initially acted like they could plan all of this for me but when I replied to their email numerous times they failed to respond. So I just booked it myself. Not really a big deal...
