Hotel wasn't as grand as I expected; however, it was well worth the purchased. Staff was great at times... Concierge were helpful - yet be aware of tours purchased by hotel - Yes convenience is great, but make sure you have the the hotel staff confirm tour guide arrival time. Both tours we purchased; our tour guide was 2hrs late... More

Good location with competitive rate and quality buffet. Staff was very courteous and eager to help. Concierge was very helpful and helped me make a phone call to my associate where I had not idea where the location was.

This is a decent Hotel in a pretty good area of Mexico City. The rooms seem to be quite old and it probably needs a bit of renovation to be what it once was, a probably really good hotel 20 years ago. I can only talk about the deluxe double room, I bet there are some very nice suites in... More

Stayed here for 6 nights on business recently and had a really good stay. My room was equipped with all the expected things and was very comfortable for my stay. The breakfast buffet was very well catered with a vast array of different foods, lots of fresh fruits too which were delicious. Location wise, this hotel sits on the main... More

The restaurant within the hotel, Cafe Reforma was excellant. In particular one of the wait staff Rene Flores went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and provided exceptional service. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The only negative was from the street noise outside. I recommend staying on a higher floor to avoid the noise. Everyone... More

It's a good hotel but with some flaws. On the positive side, the breakfast, the bars, the service. It's also very well located. Easy to get taxis and ubers. But the rooms really need to be refurbished. Old furniture, old bathrooms and very noisy. No minibar in the room. You pay 2,5 USD for the coffee bags (only 1st one... More

I arrived in Mexico City at 10:30 at night. Having some flight issues at the airport, I was left with devastatingly long layover and nowhere to sleep. After looking online I was able to find a great deal for a standard room at this hotel through lastminutetravel.com. Unfortunately, for some reason my reservation didn't arrived by the time I did(around... More
