Nice rooms, excellent location. No breakfast included but great authentic mexican food and international restaurant. Restaurant a little overprice but room price is cheap for the quality of the hotel and location.

Pros: + Excellent location: near most interesting places in Mexico City, different types of public transportation is available just outside of the hotel. + Excellent staff, they are aways willing to assist or help you. Cons: - A bit expensive for the room type I got and the facilities are quite old. - The "broadband" connection is poor and limited,...

Stayed at this hotel in March 2013. This hotel needs lots of refurishment. Everything looks old and run down i the hotel and in the rooms. Most things, like the air conditioner work poorly. To top it off, the elevators were not working and/or getting stuck. It was a constant problem the time I was there. It is not fun walking...

Not the kind of please you want to leave running, but doesn't have good shower, no good restaurants opened around.. At the 10th floor we could hear honking and sirens (all the time). Service was not bad, that's all.

It's a really old hotel, the furniture is old, AC doesn't work well it never cools the room. My door lock didn't work as it should, people could access the room because it wouldn't allow the door to close (it was fixed later). I can't understand why grupo posadas still manages the hotel as Fiesta Americana, it's more like a...

My wife and I stayed here for one night to tour the area for a day prior to flying out of Mexico City International Airport. Our stay was comfortable, though I wouldn't recommend staying here for more than a few days. There is a LOT of traffic in the area. We were on the 8th floor and the street noise...

I went on a business trip to the Fiesta Americana Reforma. I don't recommend for leisure, as the area is really busy with terrible traffic. I don't even recall if the hotel had a pool. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms were really tight. It was like a NY studio bathroom, not what I want for a hotel.. The...

Pros: Location and staff define this hotel. Because it faces Paseo de La Reforma, Mexico City's most famous avenue, important businesses, history, architecture, etc., lie just outside, front and back, and we felt safe walking around to see them. The Revolution Monument and its museum are very close. The Alameda is about half a mile in one direction and the...
