Excellent hotel and excellent staff. My room was spotlessly clean and I loved the pool. One of my favorite hotel brands to stay in, to be honest I've stayed in other places and I'm never disappointed wherever I go I know what to expect from the brand.
Our stay in this hotel has been delightful. Excellent customer service, the hotel itself is pretty modern, in the heart of Zona Rosa, close to everything. The accommodations are really nice, rooms are great, with wonderful views and the decoration on point. Restaurant food is delicious. The host Jesus is very kind and caring, and he lead us to the Liverpool Tours office inside the hotel. This tour agency was our daily plan choice by excellence, with too many options to choose, and private tours as well. Our guide was Porfirio, and he did and excellent job, very knowlable of all the landmarks, history, culture and above everything, very respectful and kind. My recommendation, check the tours with the agency first, and all the packages they offer.
Hotel, was nice, very expensive for what you get. On top of that the clowns wanted USD 45, for checking in 1h earlier, saying it was early check in. Mediocre experience over all. Probably wont come back, better options in the area.
Stayed in suite 604 and had to wear gloves in the room. The hotel has no heat and is unbearable in winter months. During the day it’s warm outside, but the windows don’t open so it’s not possible to warm up the room. Other old hotels would at least have portable heaters. After complaining 3 times and saying we’d call Amex travel, the front desk said they would move us to the 12th floor that does have a heater, but the it was just being cleaned by housekeeping. Then the manager on the front desk called and said it’s not available. He offered us food credit, but we couldn’t use the food credit Amex gave us as the restaurant isn’t good, we just wanted a hotel room that would keep us warm. Amex agreed it shouldn’t be included in their ‘hotel collection’ and helped us change hotels. Glad we booked through Amex but it shouldn’t have been on their site to start with.…
The hotel was clean but after staying in the NH hotel in Mexico City this was a step down. The wifi was 3G and kept dropping. There were no pool towels at the pool and you had to pay a deposit to use a pool towel. The hotel could use a few upgrades, but it was a decent clean place to sleep.
This is hotel perfectly located in the trendy part of Mexico City. Lots of restaurants and entertainment spots nearby. Very safe even to walk in the evenings. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and very clean. I loved the rain shower! There is a coffee machine, a bar fridge, and a safe. You get all that you expect from this hotel and more. The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and has a variety to choose from during breakfast. I recommend it 100%.
Very easy check in and out. No hidden or random fees. Very good location, 10 minutes away from all the main attractions. Lobbyist Jesus was very helpful and friendly. He helped us find the best and cheapest way to Cuernavaca!
This NH is handily located quite close to most tourist attractions in CMDX, as well various business areas. It doesn’t have a car drop off and the street outside looks more like a tank training ground than a city street. Check-in was fairly quick and we were able to get a room slightly earlier than the 3pm check-in time. Reception was constantly busy and not sufficiently staffed. Staff were efficient, but had no time for anything more than basic interactions as they always had a queue of people waiting for them. The corridors (at least on the sixth floor) were quite tatty and run down, with dirty old carpets and scuffed walls. The room felt similar - with scuffs on furniture and walls and the floorboards separating. Nothing attached to a wall was level. The door locks were incredibly temperamental and could take ages to make to work. There were many sockets and handy light controls in the room as is usual with NH hotels. The HVAC worked well, but was noisy so we mostly left it off. There was a horrible smell of sewage in the bathroom on the first day, but after reporting this to reception it improved. Most of the towels provided were very old and in need of replacing. The breakfast was very good and, frankly, a highlight of the hotel. Selection was extremely wide and items were frequently replenished. Overall I would consider returning if the price was right, but this is definitely one of the more disappointing “premium” NH hotels.…
Hotel is centrally located to all the places we wanted to explore by walking. Breakfast was very good! Ask for Adrian Duran. He is always very attentive and offers local food suggestions. We plan to return to Mexico City and stay at the NH collection hotel.
Room is delightful and always looking pristine, food delicious, best treatment and fully greatful for how the employees, specially with the waiter Bruno who was treating me with full attention, kindness and greatfulness. Totally recommend to stay in NH Collection
