Best location and the best lobby in Mexico City, and offers a great breakfast. But the mattress needed updating and the neighbor's TV kept me up late (thin walls). Also, the soap smells like honey very strongly. My skin smelled like honey the whole day!...More

I am glad to know that you enjoyed your time in Mexico City and your stay in our hotel and as you mentioned, that you had found everything you need to have a more memorable and delightful stay in this beautiful city.
I stayed here for a week for a work meeting. I was very impressed with all the facilities, the food, and the staff. Whenever I had any question at all, there was a staff member available. The concierge was very helpful in giving umbrellas, setting...More
Fabulous venue for group stays. We were really looked after, the venue is beautiful, the Team so helpful & professional, meals lovely & overall a quality hotel. The hotel is centrally located & would throughly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Mexico City.
Had a very enjoyable stay in Hyatt Regency for a week during my visit to Mexico City. I am a member of the World of Hyatt and there was an offer for the membership during my stay...so I was upgraded to a suite!
Poshness defines Polanco, this wealthy neighborhood retains elegance unmatched elsewhere in Distrito Federal. Brunch in the Polanquito area, then keep up with the latest fashion trends in luxury boutiques around every corner. Top it off with beautiful cafés and restaurants that surround Lincoln Park, a treat to the senses thanks to the art decó architecture and high quality gourmet cuisine found here.

I arrived early week day afternoon and booked a viator car transport. They were wonderful and met me with a sign upon exiting. It took 45 minutes to the hotel and traffic was amazingly light for Mexico City. I would say an hour plus at most other times from the airport.

This is a large hotel which has a nice restaurant and bar. Polanco is the nicest section of Mexico City with lots of nice restaurants and shopping. I used uber or walked. Do not use taxis outside of the hotel stand
