So I usually hate big hotels and opt for boutique as the service and quality tends to be better. Having said that I only have great things to say about the Hyatt regency Mexico City. Firstly the staff are exceptionally and the service has been great, on every level. The gym is so good. It's really important to me and...

Spent New Year 2017 in Mexico City. The Hyatt Regency was a great choice. Club level had great food and bar was open all afternoon and evening. Service was excellent. The hotel is in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood within walking distance of many sights, including the Park, Castle, Anthropology Museum (a must see) and Angel of Independence. There...

Hotel has many restaurants near by, 7/11 across the road, Starbucks. Room service was excellent, very professional staff, food was consistently good. Easy to order, operator spoke good English. Rooms are really comfortable, nicely appointed and modern. Nice touch are the lavazza coffee machines. Tv has many channels, including movie channels in English. Fresh bakery down stairs, excellent pastries. I...

I stayed at this hotel and could concentrate on my business... everything else the staff or hotel environment took care of it. Get a taxi to take you some where, get a taxi to pick you up, be it at airport or at your office, charge all to your room. Enjoy the hi speed internet, can stream videos... Enjoy the...

I was here on business. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I used the fitness center daily, there is a wide variety of equipment to meet your needs. Fitness center is busy in the mornings. Lobby restaurant had really good food. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

This is a great hotel; elegant, calm and welcoming. The front of house staff greeted me by name when I passed. I checked out without removing my passport and other items from the safe. I only realised this when I got to the airport 2 hours before check in. I called the hotel. They found the passport and sent a...

Room was small but very well designed so comfortable. The irritation was 3 fold. The exchange rate used to convert the guaranteed US$ rate into Mexican pesos was highway robbery, the wifi dropped constantly and one had to relog on constantly and if you didn't notice one ended using data from cell phone plan and three the air con turned...

I have just returned from 5 nights at this Hyatt. I work in a hotel (not a Hyatt) in the U.S. so I know a little bit about hospitality. My stay was flawless. The staff is always smiling, gracious and helpful--from the front desk, greeters and all of the concierges. Rooms are comfortable and all the electronics work--a feat in...

The Hyatt exceeded all of our expectations. The room, the staff, the service were all top flight. Everyone was extremely friendly. The lobby restaurant could be better, but it's a hotel lobby restaurant. That said, the coffee was some of the best I've ever had. It could have been hotter, but that's a small price for such good coffee. Service...
