I spent 7 nights at this property on a family vacation. As most said, the location is excellent to see everything the city has to offer. Again, the street it is located on is a hub for gay/lesbian and may bother some and be fine for others. It was fine for us. We were initially on the 13 floor and...

My partner and I are currently staying at the Hotel Royal Reforma, the location is brilliant and the room is large and very comfortable - although the shower is really has very weak water pressure (basically dribbles out). When we got here we had just gotten off a really long flight from NZ and it was very late at night,...

You can get a very good value here, and if you do - you can give it a try. Do not expect Hilton or Hyatt-service, this hotel is a bit more "slow on the trigger", but the price (when I stayed 10 days) was about 1/5-th of the Hyatt. Rooms are being upgraded as we speak (May 16), we got...

Spent a few nights here on a recent Central America trip. The location was excellent - Zona Rosa district is a good area to be located. The hotel is walking distance to all the major sights in the city. The area round the hotel has numerous bars and restaurants and a large shopping centre about 15min walk away on Reforma...

Dear Guest, On the one hand we are glad that you enjoyed our rooms and our location has allowed him to spend your pleasant days in the area except the nightclub we have in front of the hotel. This topic will be consulted as this situation caused us inconvenience to our customers.

Great location in Zona Rosa steps away from shops & restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice buffet breakfast every morning. Would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Mexico City. Hotel is located in the heart of the gay area of the city, so may not be appropriate for some.

Great location for an entertainment hotel. It's near the best attractions in the city and you can easily move towards Roma, Reforms and Condesa. The hotel itself looks kind of messy, they were doing some work so the room smelled like glue and paint which was really uncomfortable.
