Struggled to find anything positive with this hotel. Rude and unhelpful staff. Room was very average and sink kept blocking up. Advertised room service but when called to order got no response, were put on hold and then hung up on, repeatedly.

The hotel isn't perfect , but for $60 a night it more than exceeded my expectations. The rooms were big and clean with a big tub in the bathroom. My room faced the street so the view was excellent, but like others said it was a little noisy (did not bother me). I was on the second floor and the...

Although this hotel is it a great location, the service is so terrible, will not be going back. Stayed there 3 nights, then left for Puebla and came back for another night. The fiirst room we got was ok except for the filthy carpets on the floor, tv has not one english channel, the bathroom was clean and fairly sized...

A friend of mine and I stayed here on a Fri-Mon weekend. The hotel has a very impressive exterior, and is located at an amazing location on Paseo de Reforma, one of the most beautiful avenues in the world (IMO). We got a two double bed room, and it was large enough that we didn't feel cramped (probably 14x25 ft...

On other trips to Mexico City, I have stayed in at least four hotels in that general area, so the "location, location, location" adage does not apply. MANY other hotels share the superb location and access to La Reforma. Primarily, what does apply is the...
