The good: spacious room; comfortable bed; great location. The bad: Thermostat didn't work, called for maintenance three times and never got anyone to help. A guy came in, but didn't actually fix anything. They ended up bringing some sort of a portable heater, which also didn't work; The shower takes ages to adjust the temperature; The bathroom lock was broken;...

Great location in the Zona Rosa, off Paseo de Reforma - and for a very reasonable price. Our room was spacious, with twin beds and room for an L-shaped sofa. Beds were very comfortable. Although Amberes is a noisy street, you couldn't hear it. There is a basic gym on the 1st floor. Reception staff friendly and helpful. We were...

The location was VERY good, but he street where is at is insanely noisy. One block away and it would be perfect. We had to sleep with ear plugs! The design was cool, but it's very badly maintained. The stuff was very helpful and polite which was a plus. They were always willing to help. Not sure I would stay...

The hotel room is really good, the decoration is not conventional, minimalist and modern, bright colors... it can shock more traditional people. The hotel is very stylish and in the middle of zona Rosa, so if you are not comfortable with LGBT community maybe it is not the best option... Breakfast was simple but very tasty.

The hotel was very nice. I had a large standard room on the 4th floor with a huge bathroom plus a sitting area with a couch. Very modern with a comfy king bed.Ten minute walk to the Metro (5 pesos = .25 USD). Seems some people are upset by the noise and the neighborhood but it didn't bother me. You...

The room was furnished with a modern touch. It was quite big with plenty of space for the luggages and it included a sofa and a lot of different types of lights. It was on the 5th floor so we slept well and we didn't hear any noise from the bars in the area. The hotel is in a good...

Valentina is a super nice hotel, with a great staff and all what you need for you stay in town very well located either for business as for leisure. It is true that the rooms could have the minibar serviced and make sure water is available. They fall short in this kind of amenities. Breakfast and the cafeteria are very...

Nice hotel with an interesting design (like most room mate hotels) A bit old actually, but nice and cosy lots of facilities around You can ask for a plug adaptor at the reception But be careful, the district around is a bit strange, full of sex shops )

Valentina in Mexico City was the first stop at the start of my trip to Mexico. Writing "Room Mate Valentina" as my address in Mexico caused some confused at Immigration, as they thought I was coming to live here! The hotel is in the Zona Rosa, which is also Mexico City's gay area. It's a clean, safe part of town....

I originally chose this hotel because of the location. The location is perfect but in addition the location, the hotel rooms are quite cozy with a unique geometric design style. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and quite helpful.
