Great service and lots of choices at the breakfast buffet. Large bedrooms and decent size bathroom. However, this hotel is a faded glory which hasn't seen much investment in decoration in a while. This doesn't matter except in the pool area which is tired and neglected. If you don't want to swim then this is a good value hotel within 25 minutes walking of Zocalo and Chapulteca.
The hotel is very well located. Comfortable rooms, good and attentive service. I will definitely stay there again on another visit to Mexico City. I liked the pool area, which was relaxing, with a great view of the city from the rooftop.
I brought eight people down here on a tour group. We negotiated for a good rate and everything was fine. But when we returned they doubled the rate. management was rude and inconsiderate and would make no consideration for all the business I brought them down there. They also charged the people for breakfast. I canceled my reservation on the spot and encouraged others to do the same. They're crooked and dishonest. I have the names of the managers that I dealt with and they were very unprofessional. They charged me the group leader at rate of $200 per night. My initial rate was $84. That was the agreement they did not honor. So don't stay here. I never will again.
Very well located in Reforma from which to explore downtown and not too far from Roma. A little dated but that is reflected in the price. Breakfast was very good for £13 - you can eat as much as you want. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Victor who went to the shop for me to buy me some toothpaste about midnight just after I had landed after a 24 hour journey and had forgotten mine. Maids did a great job on a daily basis. Gym is very basic but has an amazing view, as does the pool. You get an amazing sunset from the rooftop. Would definitely stay here again.
This hotel needs some remodeling. Carpet is grungy and dirty. The toilet and sink drained very slowly!! the pool is not inviting!! Staff is great but this needs sprucing up. TV was out of focus!! The view was very depressing!! I would NOT stay here again. Room was $45 with taxes and not really nice!!! I just stayed here for 6 hours untill I could check in to the Le Merdien!!I also forgot my mask upstairs and asked them for a mask and they had the gall to want 30 pesos!! I dug into my day bag and was lucky enough to find a new mask!!!
The wifi was terrorific, but the service manager worst, we had to pay three times for a family breakfast, the card terminal didn´t get signal from wifi and make twice the charge, we explain to te manager and explain that we have to be more days over there, but don´t, ha also make us pay in cash, and now is the time that i am fighting with my bank because of this
Friendly and helpful concierge and housekeeping. Recreational facilities are comfortable and well kept. Rooftop pool was our favourite option, which has an incredible view of the city and was not crowded.
The hotel is having a a very good location ... and a great style ... the swimming pool at the roof top is really great .. it is one of the best in Mexico City reforma área ... some improvements and maintenance / actualisation could be undertaken , Only minor things , as the hotel has some years ... and the elevator , although fast and nice , could be improved
We spent Thanksgiving week at the Sevilla Palace. It is a truly full-service hotel. The location is great. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. It was opened in the 1980’s and I’m sure it was a 5- star hotel at that time. It could easily be so again with some face lifting. The breakfast buffet is great and they make great omelets!
Well located with a roof top pool, the hotel has all the services you would expect A little dated andbthe rooms could be a bit brighter, but great breakfast and the beds were comfortable Surprised no mini bar in the room Convenience stires and restaurants nearby
