The hotel is in a convenient shopping location and relatively easy access to the airport. Checkin uncomplicated and quick. Internet is fast and reliable. Rooms spacious, clean and maid service efficient. Restaurant offers a comprehensive and fresh buffet with a mix of Mexican and international foods on offer. Dinner a la carte offers a good selection and the marinaded flank...

Beds were hard as a rock , even the pillows. Furniture were old. Limited power outage for computer. Wi-fi very slow. Never go back . The card for the door in all the days I stay doesn't work. The restaurant buffet breakfast was not good. Need to pay the restaurant independently .

You get what you pay more for!!!! This is not a 5 star hotel, it definitely is a 3 star or even 2 star hotel. Rooms are spacious but nothing special about them. I honestly feel like I totally overpaid for what I got. Breakfast buffet is awesome!!!! Staff there are so attentive and treat you extremely great. I will...

Note that many of the other reviews of this hotel are quite old. As of March 2016 there are new elevators which are speedy. The Internet service is excellent. My room was large and clean. The hotel breakfast was pretty good, but is not U.S. style. There are a number of breakfast casseroles and stews that to someone from the...

I usually stay at this hotel twice a year because I assist to a convention that is held in one of the halls. The only decent thing here is the food (it's tasty and nice). Besides that, the hotel, along with the staff is totally crap! The beds are terrible, pillows resemble more to a rock than a pillow. They...

Stayed for a day and enjoyed the ample room and bathroom including reasonable shower pressure. Breakfast buffet is normal for a mexican hotel but the expresso machine was out of service. They gave me the tv remote at reception and asked me to bring it back on checkout, first time in my life!! Good thing is that there is a...

It was a terrible experience in this hotel, a friend was assaulted and robbed, I think that a bad person works at this hotel and this person offer all your info to the thieves. This "modus operandi" was a man call you at your room and he tells you all about your personal information to make you feel afraid, they...

Location is ok, you have a mall right next to the hotel which makes any need pretty easy to resolve... BUT the people at the front desk aren't at all informed about the facilities. I asked for the gym (I saw they had one on their web page) and they told me they were "social partners" with one of the...

this is a 20 floor hotel with only ONE elevator in working condition. The Wifi internet did not work at all and the business center which only operates from 8 am to 6 pm, charges for the computer use. Room was ample and very simple. Bathroom was very old.

I recently spent 2 nights here on a business trip. Functional but only just is the best I have to say about this place. Friendly enough and no complaints on staff but standards are way behind what you may be used to in the US, Europe, Middle East or many of the Asian business, or visitor, hotels. We were using...
