Love this hotel! Plus Morimoto. Always a really fun stay here :) Beautiful pool, good rooms, the original modernist luxe without taking itself too seriously. Should be packed at all times, but doesn't suffer without hoards of tourists either.

The service is excellent, location is perfect, close to the Anthropological Museum that is a must visit. The garden with a swimming pool in the open air, and lovely trees is extremely relaxing in a crowded and packed city as Mexico DF. Safe transportation, either cars hired by the hotel staff or uber, are extremely quick and easy to get.... More

The hotel is well situated in a great part of the city. Security is excellent. There's a great selection of restaurants on property. However all expenses are charged to you. No free Internet. No breakfast included. Even to print a boarding pass you must pay. Just beware of this if you're going to stay here. Other major hotel chains in... More

You can find everything in one sigle place. Well located near Polanco, from on side you have a huge park to run morning time or even end of day and for the other side you have a big Mall - Liverpool. Additional to all, inside the Hitel you can find great restaurants and shoes stores, tequila stores. As everything in... More

From the moment I arrived onto the property until I departed everything was amazing. Service was quick and efficient. The concierge was very helpful and all his recommendations were outstanding. Location was great for Museums and Castle tours.

I stayed just one night on a business trip to Mexico City. I was impressed with the staff who were very customer oriented. If I took a wrong turn on the way to the restaurant the nearest staff member was always courteous to show me the right way. The interior struck me as dated but well maintained. The steak restaurant... More

Was here on business in September, 2016 for 4 days. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and you are felt as though they really appreciate you being there. The food at the restaurants was wonderful. Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Camino Real Polanco is unique architectural concept, created by highly-regarded architect Ricardo Legorreta. This space is considered a Hotel-Museum for its beauty and art collection. It opened its doors to the public on July 25, 1968, combining modern features with shapes clearly reminiscent of Prehispanic pyramids, the elements of which merge together to create a wonderful architectural work. Camino Real Polanco has hosted two soccer World Cups and the Olympic Games, as well as over 210 official visits from presidents and kings from all over the world.
