Great location! Great service! Wifi not working in room! Old charm but needs to be updated! Rooms were comfortable enough , could not get a queen or , king.I would stay there again because of ease of transportation, plenty of restaurants in the Rose zone!

My visit to this hotel was like traveling back in time. The lobby (explore the nooks and crannies in the back) is full of displays of its 100 year history, both the technology and also of the illustrious guests such as Poncho Villa, Winston Churchill, Marilyn Monroe, many more. Our room was very comfortable and clean. It is well located...

This sweet hotel is convenient to almost everything - tour bus, a large variety of restaurants. The atmosphere takes you back to "the time when" . . . A lot of great history is presented in the decor. The best feature, though, is the Chief Concierge, Sr. Ariel Mendoza. He will jump through hoops to help you enjoy your stay....

We just spent five days at this hotel. The room was great and we particularly liked the bedding, sheets and pillows. All high quality. The airconditioning was very good and surprise, the rooms have operable windows! Luckily my husband "found" Hotel Geneve when he arrived at Mexico City airport without any hotel booked for the night. A great price that included transfers to and from the hotel to the Airport. We subsequently booked another 6 nights. The hotel is well located in the Zona Rosa; close to restaurants and bars, and not far from the city...

The hotel has a beautiful lobby with nice period details. However, the room was not at par with how the beautiful and inviting the lobby looked. The room with 2 beds was small and not very clean. There were dust and peeling pain on the baseboard. Also, we arrived early in the morning from a red eye flight and we...
