Absolutely exceeded expectations! We were only in town for a short stay due to an flight layover and I am so glad I did book with El Patio for the night! I only wish we were able to stay longer. Will definitely be returning! Not only were they accommodating when I made a mistake with my booking dates, they also...

I loved El Patio 77. The building has incredible style, with each room decorated in fascinating and original ways. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast is delicious. I know a few other people have said the beds were too hard, but we loved the firm mattress after the soggy, back-paining beds of California. The water pressure in the...

Totally a Gem in the capital!! when you see it in pictures it look beautiful but in real is wonderful! Every detail the BnB has, the decoration, the rooms are big and have a lot of space, the service is perfect and is very quiet. Is a house from de 1890´s so you feel in a castlle with soaring ceilings,...

My daughter and I stayed at El Patio 77 for eight days, it's an excellent choice as a home base for exploring MexicoDF. I don't believe you will have a warmer, more sincere welcome anywhere, we found everyone that works here to be wonderful and super helpful! The B&B is in an interesting and lovely 1890's house with soaring ceilings.......

This is a great small inn in San Rafael neighbourhood which feels very safe but has little in the way of restaurants and bars nearby. A subway is close but it is a ride to any of the other areas of the city. The rooms are comfortable and large and the staff is very helpful. The breakfasts are outstanding. Good...

Our initial impression was that it was a bit dark, dank and with an odd odor. However, by the time we left we felt it had been a great choice. It's a bit out of the way, but the bedrooms are charming, the breakfasts were excellent and the staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. We really wanted to...

This B&B is very beautiful and located in a centrally located neighborhood that made it so easy as a home base for exploring Mexico City. This was our first trip to Mexico and we couldn't have picked a better place. The staff was amazing and we enjoyed the surprise of a delicious breakfast each morning.

Overall we had a great stay at El Patio 77, felt like a true vacation! The hotel is centrally located and just a few blocks from the Metro. The hotel itself is beautiful and charming. It was an 1890s mansion that they renovated in 2009 to make it more sustainable and eco-friendly. The entryway, courtyard, and lobby area are welcoming...
