Great location, walking distance to Zocalo and other major attractions. Hotel well maintained, good friendly staff. Right across from Alameda Central park, Diego Rivera Museum and Palce of Fine Arts. Probably the best location you can find

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 26 January 2017

Just spent two nights here. Absolutely love this hotel. Fantastic, central location right across from the Alameda. Immediate area is very safe, with a ton of interesting sights, museums, and places to eat. It's about a fifteen minute walk to the Zocalo, much of it on a pedestrian walkway (no cars). Sunday is a particularly nice day to be here,...

The location of this hotel is superb. Just blocks away from the Palace of Fine Arts and around the corner from the Museum of Popular Arts. Open market across the street and near 3 different metro stops. Also, just a short walk to Zocalo. Staff super friendly and the executive lounge offers a spectacular view West.

Staying in Alameda

Neighbourhood Profile
Alameda
This beautiful park was once the playground for the wealthiest families in the colonial era, and is now the perfect place where locals and visitors can spend a sunny weekend afternoon to relax or shop for souvenirs at the market. Kids can run around or grab a bite of cotton candy while teens and adults wander around admiring the charming gardens and the sculptures that adorn it. Once the heat rises, it may be time to visit one of the many cozy restaurants or cafés with its characteristic art nouveau facades to cool down and call it a day.
