While this hotel is a fine choice for a stay in central Mexico City, it falls just short of a 5 star luxury hotel. The multilingual staff was professional and efficient from the moment I checked in. Although I arrived early the morning, I was permitted to use the excellent gym while waiting for my room to be ready. The...

Do not—I repeat, do not—make prepaid bookings at this hotel. They will overbook and then send you to another Hilton property with a lower star rating in a completely different part of town. This is what happened to us: • We used our Air Miles to pay for six nights at the Hilton Reforma, which we had selected because it...

Dear b00kgrrl, Thank you for share your comments in all the web pages. Overall, the hotel is great. Yet the restaurant on the sixth floor has awful food. The juices they offer are too sweet and the food isn't good. I don't recommend this restaurant at all. The service is really slow even though there were few persons there. There are much better restaurants than this one. Being the quality the food was...

The Hilton standards you would expect in a great location for business. Clean rooms, good customer service and lots of not fancy but good restaurants and convenience stores within 3 blocks around. If you want office space and meeting rooms the hotel has plenty of space. I used the business center to print twice and both times it was surprisingly...

I was charged for meals and mini bar items which I did not use. I could not verify these items at checkout because the bill was printed on very faint ink. The cashier did not even bother changing the ink cartridge.

Its was our first time in Mexico City. The hotel is pretty good with a good location. All of the employees were friendly and nice. The pool was under construction (so sad!) but we enjoyed our stay there. Fitness ok! Tennis ok! The room is big and very comfortable.

Staying in Alameda

Neighbourhood Profile
Alameda
This beautiful park was once the playground for the wealthiest families in the colonial era, and is now the perfect place where locals and visitors can spend a sunny weekend afternoon to relax or shop for souvenirs at the market. Kids can run around or grab a bite of cotton candy while teens and adults wander around admiring the charming gardens and the sculptures that adorn it. Once the heat rises, it may be time to visit one of the many cozy restaurants or cafés with its characteristic art nouveau facades to cool down and call it a day.
