Good hotel, very close to down town and many historical sites with metro and metrobus right outside. They do not provide free internet which I believe now day should be free, specially for the price. The refrigerator was totally packed with alcohol, which is a bother for parents with small children, and is too small to put half gallon of...

Booked on the day and got an upgrade to a junior suite - great for three adults - my daughter loved the walk-in wardrobe! It was on floor 21 and the view was great plus no noise whatever! They were cleaning the windows on our first morning but just on a chair contraption - rather them than me! Really helpful...

This used to be a Sheraton property, so you can see some details that show that it has traded hands. Even though it has a bit of age, you will still find the rooms spacious enough, and well equipped. The location is good for me, due to my business meetings. Close to historical Center, and palace of fine arts, it...

I love this hotel. It's not because all the perks I get for being a member. It had a nice line in the lobby, the clerks are world class and is walking distance to the Zocalo and Reforma. It had a lot of amenities, excellent views of the city from different angles and relatively close to the airport.

I stayed in Hilton Reforma for a conference, and it was a really nice experience. The hotel itself is great, both in terms of location (just next to main Alameda Park and just 10-15 minutes away from main square Zocalo) and service (everything a 5-star hotel should have). Rooms are great, and it was the first time I have seen...

Really? What business hotel in this city doesn't offer complimentary bottled water? Apparently not this one. They gave me two small bottles for a three-night stay after I complained this was no way to treat a Hilton Honors member. The room? My carpet is so raggedy I have to have my shoes on at all times. The size is ok...

I've stayed at this hotel three times already. The location is perfect, located just across Alameda Central park in Centro. Staying in Alameda

Neighbourhood Profile
Alameda
This beautiful park was once the playground for the wealthiest families in the colonial era, and is now the perfect place where locals and visitors can spend a sunny weekend afternoon to relax or shop for souvenirs at the market. Kids can run around or grab a bite of cotton candy while teens and adults wander around admiring the charming gardens and the sculptures that adorn it. Once the heat rises, it may be time to visit one of the many cozy restaurants or cafés with its characteristic art nouveau facades to cool down and call it a day.
