Definitely not the number 1 hotel in Mexico as claimed The good Very friendly. Nicely decorated and perfect central location The bad Main restaurant closed for Easter week. What first class hotel would do that. Rooms very small, couldn't swing a cat in the "upgraded" room. Airport transfer didn't show up on time ( may be on vacation with the...

Dear hotel guest "tazsox", First of all thank you for your feedback... and accept our apologies for not being able to arrange the tours you took the precaution to book so many days in advance. I will investigate personally with my team what happened. I know they adjusted 3 hours on one tour you took.. but I understand your frustration....

Las Alcobas is a quiet hotel in the heart of the bustling Polanco District. The room was large for a big city hotel, service was impeccable, and both hotel restaurants were excellent. Comfortable bed and the coolest high tech shower.

Great location (for shopping) and hotel. Excellent services. Great choices for breakfast. Not cheap, but hey this is Polanco , one of the swankiest parts of Mexico City. The one negative is that, despite double glazing, there's still some noise at night from a club nearby and by annoying traffic police cars using their sirens to get traffic flowing. The...

We stayed here for 2 nights everything is ultra modern from the pulsating showers to the mood changing lighting. The bed was enormous and very comfortable . What makes it a really good hotel though is the really friendly and efficient staff who cheerfully printing off our boarding passes, recommended an excellent local restaurant & just generally welcomed us, there...

My wife and I just returned from staying three nights at this hotel and we loved it. The property is beautiful and our room was spacious and ultramodern. The staff was some of the most helpful we have ever encountered. We ate several meals at their restaurant Anatole and really liked the food. The neighborhood is attractive and we enjoyed...

We really enjoyed our stay at Las Alcobas. The location is very convenient, with plenty of lovely spots to visit within walking distance. The hotel itself is beautifully designed. Our check-in was extremely smooth and our room was very nice, with the bathroom being a particular standout for me because of its whirlpool tub and surround shower. Everything was super...

The staff at Las Alcobas couldn't be nicer or more helpful, and the hotel itself is clean-lined and modern. My first trip to Mexico City in 1983 involved a $7 a night hotel; this is quite a step up in both price and quality. But we were "double upgraded" to an executive room that was spacious and airy. Soft drinks,...
