Usually I used to get another hotel near the airport, just this time price was crazily high, when a saleswoman offered me this option. I said "yes" because first, price was very good (a half less than the other one, but usually price is around the others mx$ 1200 ), second, it's 8 minutes far to the airport (I used...

In general the hotel is clean and quiet, they serve really good baguettes. If you speak Spanish you will probably enjoy staying here however if you don't then you will struggle. The girl on the reception speaks literally few words of English. It seems like an English speaking tourists are not too important in this place. In my opinion a...

I was for a week at the Grand Prix Mex City Hotel helping coordinate an event and my first impression was really good as the rooms are big and nice, the overall facilities are very well kept and is very clean. However, the service was very poor. We had over 40 rooms in house and when I asked for a...

Flew into Mexico City in the evening and called the hotel regarding the location of the pick up stop for the free shuttle bus (information not available on their website). Found the stop with ease... although quite a walk away from my arrival gate... and saw the hotel's representative holding up a sign displaying the hotel's name which was very...

I would say not so close to the airport, I booked at the airport, and fortunately the bus of the hotel was on the way. The room clean, safe and sound, the bathroom very basic, good furniture modern, payment only cash. Far from underground stop, really in the middle of nowhere. It's an excellent building, the room i write again...

I've traditionally stayed at one of the hotels within or connected to Benito Juarez Airport enroute to Puerto Escondido but couldn't find anything affordable this trip so decided to try out Grand Prix Hotel. I was initially concerned about how to contact the shuttle because if you're coming from Canada or the US you don't want to incur roaming charges...

I have stayed in a few different hotels around the Mexico City airport and so far this is the best one I have found. The rooms are modern and well furnished. The only downside is that there are no restaurants nearby the restaurant so you have to eat at the hotel restaurant or take a 10 minute taxi ride to...

Hotels directly connected to the Mexico city airport can be pricey. I am traveling in Mexico for a month and needed to wait for a friend near the airport for a two day period. Of the hotels close to the airport, the Gran Prix is one of the most reasonably priced, about $150 (US) for two nights. Here are things...
