JW Marriott is perfectly located in the Colonia Polanco, one of the nicest and safest areas of Mexico City. From this hotel, you can venture out into the neighborhoods to find tons of shops and restaurants. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice, and there is a fitness facility as well as pool.

We highly recommend this JW Marriott based on their very friendly and helpful staff, including checkin, concierge, and especially the great people in the executive lounge. I would name names, but don't want overlook anyone. The location is ideally located near Chapultepec Park, many quaint restaurants and shopping. Looking forward to our return.

This hotel is dated and the pictures are very misleading. The pool is located under the hotel so does not appear to get any sunshine. It also looks so much bigger in the pictures than in real life. When booking, one site boasted "renovated rooms" but what I think they meant was renovated bathrooms. It didn't help that when we...

From the moment you step into this hotel you are greeted by a very attentive staff who welcomes you with the warmest of smiles. After we checked in I had mentioned in passing that we were headed to Bellas Artes and lo and behold when we returned to our room later that night we were greeted by a nice card...

this hotel is in a Great part of town. It is close to a lot of nice little restaurants. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are well-maintained. The restaurants in the hotel looks nice, but we didn't try any. However the spa services were great

Overall the JW Marriott hotel is a great hotel. Staff and facility is awesome and the rooms are very comfortable. My only complaint would be that the noise from the street 14 stores below was a bit noisy until well after midnight ...but then again I always bring earplugs just in case that happens. I've stayed at the Sheraton which...

I really enjoyed my recent five day stay at the JW Marriott Mexico City. Upon arrival we were met with smiles and helpful early check-in assistance. The room was well maintained as the sheets appeared to be changed everyday which enhanced my sleep quality. I received free WiFi because of my Marriott rewards membership. The service and breakfast selection/preparation in...

Excellent location in the heart of the city with a huge park across the street and Marriott service that you can not beat. It is a bit expensive on certain days when there is high occupancy Just avoid a restaurant called LIPP which is not part of marriott... it is just a rip off place... food may be good but...
