Located in a business district, you'll probably should consider this hotel only during business trips. Hotel itself is excellent, especially the rooms: comfortable, clean, silent and spacious. Wifi as ok (although it is paid), breakfast was delicious and service top notch. Only downside was a very dry room when combining Mexico City climate with the AC. There is a shopping...

The entire personnel make you feel extra comfortable and attended, always smiling. The hotel is very well located, with a very responsible transportation service. What it is the best is the restaurant and the food. Wonderful!!

Traveling to MX City a couple of times a year I usually opt for the Westin in Santa Fé. Close to a number of other usual choices of fellow business travelers and very decent restaurant / entertainment options nearby (two even in-house). Breakfast staff is very attentive and always greets you with a smile (which is actually true for all...

Nice accommodation with a good structure. There is a small shopping in front with some good options to eat with you do not have time to go out. Staff very kind and very good breakfast options. The bar at the roof is awesome. The only problem is the internet connection, that was very bad at the room.

Overall the hotel service and staff are excellent and attentive. They do their best to make sure that your needs are met. But I am sorry to say the internet connection in this hotel is one of the worst I have ever experienced. It effected my ability to work in my room and in most other locations in this hotel....

Not close to any sites, but in the middle of Santa Fe where many companies are located. I stayed here 3 days on a business trip and the service at the hotel was excellent. Rooms are luxurious, and quiet. The gym on the 11th floor is a little small, but with good equipment. The bar on the 11th floor has...

First the inside: Although there are several desks when you walk in, most times, all of the uniformed clerks there to help you, from bell men to concierge to check-in, are at one desk with their backs to you giggling over a computer. Exception: Javier who is ALWAYS looking for the next customer entering. Where is the front-end manager and...

I stayed at the Westin Santa Fe for 10 days and my expectations were exceeded. The waiters at the Breakfast at Market and the Sky Lounge were very attentive, friendly and accommodating. As well as the front desk receptionist however the doormen, and I wish I could remember his name, was the best above all. Every morning and evening he...

I traveled for business to Mexico City, stayed at the Westin Santa Fe thinking it was a great choice, but I had a big surprise. I found very thin walls- you can hear your everything that happens in the hallways and in the other rooms. Very sensitive skin waiters- I sat down for 10 minutes, no body made the effort...

This is a wonderful hotel but it's location makes it a very poor choice if you are visiting as a tourist. It is far from any of the attractions of the city and due to traffic it can be a nightmare to get to. After seeing the pyramids it took us 3 1/2 hours to cross town to get back...
