If you're visiting Mexico City with a tourist attitude and expect luxury and hotel staff fulfilling your all demands, stop reading, this hotel is not for you and I recommend you to look for another place. On the other hand, if you my friend are a traveler and want to experience the city as it is, with the local "chilango"...

We have stayed at the Arizona Hotel for years and always found it to be satisfactory but on our last visit we were extremely disappointed as our room was shabby with a torn bed cover, cigarette burns on the sheets, pillows so old they had turned brown, towels as thin as tissue paper and the bathroom was horrible. The shower...
