This place was terrible. We had a super long layover in Mexico City so we thought we would book a hotel in the historic district so we could make the most of it, HOWEVER this hotel was a complete dump! The people were friendly but the rooms were small, the beds were EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE, the first thing we saw in...

I can't give it a poor rating because the staff was helpful, it appeared to be clean, and the included breakfast was good. Other than that, the rooms are very outdated and gloomy. No AC, but the fan provided was useful. The room itself smelled of old and tacky cleaning products. Bedding was quite outdated, but clean sheets. Carpet also...

I was studying abroad in Querétaro (about 2-3 hours north of México City) when my friends and I decided to take a weekend break to MEX; this hotel/break was organized by our study abroad outreach staff. Firstly, this hotel is in a FANTASTIC location; it's right in the historic (and beautiful) Federal District. It's less than a block away from...

Stayed at this hotel for five days in October 2016. The location is great, only a couple of blocks from the Zocalo. The staff were very helpful and spoke English. The elevator is tiny, only room for three people. Breakfast is included in the price of a room and is served in a room on the seventh floor. The elevator...

We stayed at Hotel Canada for a week, and the location was perfect. We could walk to everything in the Centro Historico, and were easily able to catch a cab right at the front door for longer trips. The Hotel Canada is a no-frills hotel, but we greatly enjoyed our stay. The staff is delightful and was happy to provide...

We arrived late at night and across the street there's a restaurant still open. Cafe Popular which we were told open 24/7. Thanks God we made the right location. Back to the hotel we realized not enough room. No chair; wooden or club and no table or desk to eat on. The bed was hard and it hurts my back....

The ONLY good thing about this hotel is its location. Short walk to the historical Zocalo and surrounding area. It is one of the most disgusting places I have stayed and I travel extensively. I have stayed in some miserable places but this one was the worst. I needed somewhere to spend the night and all the hotels in the...

I feel so regrettable that I paid 4 nights to stay here. It is about 2am in my 2nd night. The music from the club across the street was so loud and frustrating. I was changed to this room this morning because my room last night was just next to the elevator and besides a space that seems to have...
