When arriving to Mexico city I was here on not so pleasant terms such as losing my passport. Coming to this hotel made me feel so much at home. The front desk female receptionist was very welcoming and helped me with the million of questions I needed. The staff is incredible. The room was great too, especially the bedding was...

A day-fee equivalent to a minimum of food and beverages allows you to use the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Located in a very fancy area if Mexico city, it is worth visiting for the day. Food was great and beer cold as it has to be.

I arrived to the hotel late night and all I wanted was to take a bath and fall asleep. My TV was malfunctioning so I called reception and they sent out a technician (my bath had to wait ), so far so good. Then, before going to sleep, one of the lights didn't turn off , I called and again,...

The location is great and Polanco is a lovely area of Mexico City. The rooms were clean, bright and spacious however the staff at Hotel Habita are appalling. They were rude, condescending and extremely unhelpful. Very unwelcoming, if we needed anything or help we were faced with curt and rather patronising responses, the hotel car was never available, to us...

great located in Polanco, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Rooms are quite roomy but the problem is the noise. On higher floors music from the parties and events held at swimming pool do not allow you to sleep. 1st floor has the problem that you hear all the street noises. Windows are light and not soundproof neither the...

I just left Hotel Habita after staying this weekend. When coordinating our stay, the concierge at the hotel provided us with stellar service - locking in some key restaurant reservations as well as coordinating airport transport. I can't say enough about how accommodating they were. Additionally, the location was perfectly situated in the heart of Polanco. Upon arrival, however, the...

I landed a great deal at the Hotel Habita while planning for a last minute work trip. The check-in process was very easy and I loved the personal attention to detail. Upon checking in, a member of their door staff carried my bags upstairs for me and gave me a quick tour of the facilities as well as a tour...

First time in The Habita hotel and really enjoyed it. The hotel has a real personal style and is right in Polanco where you will find busy and lively restaurants. Very large room with a very comfortable bed. Large bathroom where the pressure of the water is strong. A very efficient wifi and the personal is very attentive to all...

It is a small, boutique-design hotel. The highlights of this hotel are the location (the sophisticated and central neighborhood of Polanco) and rooftop bar (it is a cool place to go for drinks and tapas). However, rooms are very simple, small and noisy (you can listen other guests shower and etc). You have that feeling of being in a room...

Habita is a modern boutique hotel located in the trendy area of Polanco near hip bars, restaurants and a great market. The rooms are spacious, however, the aesthetics in the bathroom sacrifice space. The minibar is fantastic with great variety and a champagne option is available. The pool area is gorgeous, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to enjoy it as...
