Good morning, unfortunately our experience at this hotel was not as we expected, mentioning that we had previously stayed at the same hotel chain but in another location.

The wifi does not reach the rooms and the area is dangerous, you can not go for a walk. It is close to the airport, however, the area is dangerous. Upon arrival at the hotel I was delivered a room that was not clean, the breakfast service on Saturdays and Sundays starts from 8 am, then for those who have a tour these two days, they must have breakfast outside the hotel. They are clean and remodeled the rooms but are not isolated from noise, so you can not sleep or rest because you hear what happens in the rooms right away as well as on the street. It has no air conditioning only fan and is not enough to remove the heat. The restaurant 10 out of 10, very good coffee. I wouldn't come back for the noise.

The floor of the room was rotting that when I walked on it it would sink. There were mosquitoes in the bathroom. Very satisfied. The huge and comfortable room. The card room security made us feel safe. The reception was very good and we appreciated letting us check in two hours early at no additional cost. Very good WiFi.

It is the first time I have stayed in a Mx Congress hotel in Mexico. The attention we received from the guys at the reception always helped us and also the security guys. The breakfast is delicious, the room, despite the fact that it seems like they have time, is well preserved.

Everything was great, the staff was very friendly. The price is very good, includes breakfast with fruit of the season. The shower has very hot water, as I like. It has a lift. It also has a la carte service, although I did not use it. There's a market three blocks away.
