We would stay here again. Notable positives: Room size (this comment regards a premium room only); great room layout; excellent linens and towels; in-room safe; lots of storage; quiet; helpful front staff; two elevators with minimal delay; overall cleanliness Notable negatives: Had to request housekeeping more than once; included breakfast became a bit monotonous Value was great. Hotel located in the heart of the city. Hotel security was excellent. Access was good.

You can't beat this location! Step out of the front door and you are right in the centro historico. The room was large and clean, the breakfast offered good variety & the service was very good. They scheduled us taxis, as needed, and when we pointed out there was no coffee machine in our room, they quickly sent up a coffee machine, kettle, tea, and coffee pods. Would return.

I highly recommend The NH Collection Hotel in Mexico City Centro Historico as a suburb and highly efficient hotel. The rooms are beautiful, And the room service is outstanding. And the hotel front counter service was great. Especially Rebecca and Rodrigo helped with getting around Mexico City and their great help with any issues that arose. Steven and Cynthia.

Great location great service from the front desk. EK was exceptionally helpful making our stay beyond pleasant. Edgar made sure we had absolutely everything we wanted for breakfast and Fernando certainly knows how to pour a glass of Vino Blanco thank you to all the stuff at NH.

Location is absolutely fantastic, very close to center, restaurants and shopping. Staff was very helpful, especially Amador, who helped with transportation. Breakfast was very good. Recommend heavily. Rooms were quiet. Stayed in superior room and size is ok.

We stayed at NH collection in Historic district for 5 nights and loved the stay. We had the Junior suite which was big and had a large 90 degree view windows. The room was very clean and properly very well maintained. The breakfast was very good with variety of fresh juices as well. It is so close to everything to see in historic district literally minutes to everything.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff and a clean hotel. They tried to fulfill all our requests and gave us a quiet room. We thought we might be bothered by all the downtown traffic and noise, but it was all perfect. The breakfast was very good with fresh local fruits, cereals, bread etc. It would've been nice to have a few hot vegetarian options. The service was really good.

We recently completed a 8-night stay at NH Collection Mexico City Centro Historico. The location was excellent. We were able to walk to many venues. The room was comfortable. We especially want to acknowledge Rebeca at the front desk and Edgar in the restaurant. Rebeca assisted us with questions we had throughout our stay. She was professional, personable and very helpful. Rebeca's English is excellent. Edgar, the manager of the restaurant, always went out of his way to accommodate our vegan dietary needs. Like Rebeca, Edgar's English was excellent. Both Rebeca and Edgar are excellent ambassadors for the NH Collection of hotels, and we hope that they are appreciated and rewarded accordingly.

Just a few steps away from the pedestrian crowds around the Zocalo, NH in CDMX is in the perfect location. We were right in the heart of the Zocalo and Dia de Muertos, but not on a direct pathway so the traffic was lighter and quieter here. It took about 30 seconds from leaving the front door to entering the square. Fantastic restaurants nearby, shopping in every direction, and easy access in and out of the Centro were highlights of the location. The rooms were very clean, quiet, and great air conditioning. We rarely heard other guests even though the hotel was full when we were there. The staff were all fantastic. Always helpful and patient. We did see some guests being rude and the staff member handled it professionally. Room was cleaned every day, breakfast was fresh and friendly, and the front desk helped us with the right advice and jumping in when we hit the limits of our Spanish speaking abilities. I was not expecting that level of kindness. I hope NH hotels appreciates the quality of their staff here! We did not eat dinner at the restaurant so I can't comment. But without hesitation, we will us NH Hotels the next time we visit CDMX!…
