The hotel has all major accommodations you may want, the service is great from from desk until your room service! Wifi works great Only problem glass elevators! Freak me out! Close to all major companies in the area and shopping malls.

I stayed at this hotel for work this past week, and I was overall very pleased with my stay. The hotel used to be called Fiesta Americana, and it is admittedly a strange-looking edifice, presumably constructed in the mid- to late 1970s with aspirations of being a "hotel of the future." Nonetheless, the hotel's renovation has been tastefully executed (and...

This hotel is located in an active business district that gave me the chance to feel involved in a bit of the daily commerce that I could enjoy. Accessible shops and dining outlets are located all around the hotel. I would like to give their pool a big thumbs up as it was one of the nicest I have used...

The hotel was very nice and in an excellent area. The staff was outstanding! They all were very helpful, friendly and service oriented. The rooms were large, a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. The bathrooms had great hot water and pressure and were large. Would definitely stay here again.

Avoid this place! Cheap American vacuum packed/frozen steak. Super expensive, attempting to be classy but employing hookers to try extort money. What a bizarre place. Don't go! It's not even funny - bad attempt at entertainment, shoddy and rude waiters. How this place hasn't already been closed down - I don't know.

We thought this was a hotel 30 minutes from the airport. Really was 75 minutes. Rooms good and fitness center helpful. Adequate indoor pool. Very reasonable rates. Bar pricey. Service in hotel was very good . Considerable construction in area so I would request an upper floor.

The hotel itself is ok, rooms are ok, service is terrible--on Mexican time. I would imagine good for business travelers not American Tourists. No English newspapers were available and the front desk was not clear (in English) what we were entitled to. Pillows were like cement blocks but the rooms were clean. Not a hotel to stay at if you...

The location is great if you are doing business in the area, you have a lot of options to go for lunch or dinner. The hotel is ok but already showing aging issues. The service is good we did a conference and the staff was very helpful. Until I tried to do my check out, I only got informed how...

Good size rooms with good bed and pillows. Shower heads not good. It is not perfectly clean. At least my room was not vacuumed properly. Everything else was good in the room Restaurant is good but maybe small for the amount of people attending this place. Service is very good It is not an excellent place but it is not...
