As you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express, this hotel is good for the business traveller, with very spacious rooms at a good price, but with little in the way of luxuries. You only get the basics, but it does those very well - it's clean and well run. What really works in its favour is the location -...

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and quiet. We stayed on the 9th floor so we had a fairly good view of the city. Breakfast and wifi were included with our stay. The location was excellent. Unfortunately for my diet, there was a Krispy Kreme next door...

Great for the business traveler in this no frills, but comfortable hotel. It is fairly pricey, but competitive for this location. It is secure and clean, and directly next door to a wonderful shopping mall, surrounded by a variety of dining choices.

Recently stayed at this Holiday Inn Express and really have no complaints except the Internet. The hotel is nice and the location is great...right next to the popular Reforma 222 mall with plenty of shops, restaurants, movies, services which is a necessity if you stay at the Holiday Inn Express Mexico Reforma because they have no restaurant or room service....

Stayed here in mid 2013 on a business trip. the room was very good, clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet on offer was above par in both choices and quality. Only sticking point was the WiFi - it wasn't too great - for a business hotel, this is a bad thing.

A really good central location has made them greedy on price. I know these hotels use a load management system - so are more expensive when full, but I had to pay USD 181.90 a night inc taxes on 23rd September, which I find excessive or even exploitative for this brand. Yes, the rooms are clean and nice and yes...

Stayed at this location in late September for exactly 1 week on a business trip. I thought I'd categorize my review on the things I really liked, the things that were so-so and the things that need improvement. Things I really liked: -Location: as previously mentioned, it's right next door to the Reforma 222 outdoor mall which is a great...

The Holiday inn in Reforma is in a great location. Not a luxury propery but very clean and up to all standards of holiday inn. Room was large and clean, great beds and pillows. Close to everything and the Plaza 222 is right beside the hotel and filled with great shops and tons of good restaurants. Walking distance to everything.

This is my second time here. The hotel is still clean, the rooms are still a good size and the hotel's location remains great. The room could with a small fridge - there is a coffee machine and fresh coffee provided, but I do like milk, not creamer, with my coffee! The streets seemed noisier this trip, but that is...
