The hostel was nicely decorated and the staff were very helpful. The beds were very comfy. Located in the centro historico, several sights were within walking distance, ( muséo des belles artes, the cathedral, el sécretario de l'éducation where there are several fresques of Diego Rivera).

In light of the fact that I had not stayed in a hostel for 40 years this was a pleasant surprise for me. There was a wide range of ages during my stay. Excellent location near the Zocolo in a neighborhood where I felt relatively safe. The cathedral and metro are only a 5 minute walk. The rooms were clean...

I stayed at Mexico City Hostel Suites for nine nights in January. (Note that the Hostel is on one side of Brasil Street, and Hostel Suites is on the other side.) The location is excellent: one block from the Cathedral and two blocks from the Metro/subway (Zocalo station). This is where you want to be as a tourist, but it...

The hostel is situated less than a 5-minute walk from the Zocalo and the metro station; nevertheless it's pretty quiet. The rooms are simple but clean. We had a private room with no private bathroom. It was equipped with a full-size bett, a shelf, a chair, a little desk and a fan. There is a shared kitchen you can use,...

We booked two nights at Mexico City Hostel, and was happy with our choice. Helpful staffstaff, good breakfast, clean rooms and bathrooms, value for money, very safe and very close to Zocalo. The downside is no social areas and small rooms. We liked this place, and will stay there again, if we ever come back to Mexico City.

I was impressed with how clean the whole place was. From the bathrooms and showers to your sheets everything was great! Breakfast was decent and filling. The wait staff were very accommodating, letting us store our bags and a bicycle for several hours while we waited for our other friend, whose name the reservation was under to arrive. A good...

Very happy with my stay here. As mentioned in other posts, the place doesn't have a lot of atmosphere, but it didn't bother me. The room was very clean, the beds were comfy and the breakfast was nice and filling. The staff were very helpful with booking tours. My only down point would be I didn't always get a warm...

I begin by the weak point. There is no atmosphere, I mean there is no a big living room where everyone can meet each other. However the room are very clean, the staff is very welcoming. It's not the cheapest for 1 night but if you book at least 3 nights it costs you 150 pesos with the best breakfast...
