I never been on this part of the City before (Santa Fe - Mexico City); but it is completely different from the rest of the city. Santa Fe is like a different world within Mexico city. The Hotel is pricy but was excellent!, I was there one night ($3500 MXN or $190 USD), for a bussiness trip was allright. Nevertheless,...

Very nice and open, well lit entrance and Lobby. Could improve the checkin and checkout process. Dim light in the hallways, very nice, clean and ample rooms. Working station was excellent with easy to find electrical outlets. I was surprised to find a hotel where I still had to pay for Wi-Fi, and a very limited one. Only two devices...

The place is nice and kept in good shape. I was traveling in a group of bout 35 people and there were only 2 staff at the front desk to check in, eventually a 3rd position opened... Restaurant and bars good. Room service lacked a working credit card machine, for breakfast we were required to sign a bill even though...

Even though I didn't pay for this hotel, I didn't like it. Sure, it's pretty and all, but I just hate these 'high end' hotels in which they want to charge you for everything. Want wifi? Pay up. Want a disposable razor because you forgot yours? Pay more. Want to drink water? Pay even more. Absurd, really. Give me a...

I've stayed at this hotel twice (plus one at their hotel in Polanco). The experience has been consistently the same: Average. Rooms are tired, carpets show signs of aging and dirty, furniture tries to be contemporaneous but fails. Very pricey and unreliable internet. I prefer Fiesta Americana a couple of blocks away. The only bright spot is the restaurant, but...

Great service, Nice and Clean rooms, great location specially if you go to the corporations based in the Santa Fe Area, it is good to be right there if you want to avoid the terrible traffic of Mexico City, great room service and food but quite expensive

I'll try to be brief: - Nice looking hotel, horrible traffic location. - Only one of the three elevators functioned during my stay (1st week of December, 2015) Imagine the wait times for such a large hotel. 100% unacceptable. - Breakfast was just OK, but they were either understaffed or horribly inefficient. Dirty tables, or simply no tables available. Empty...
