This was my second stay at the Camino Real Santa Fe. This is a very nice hotel. Large comfortable room. The $20/day for WIFI is exorbitant. The food in the restaurant in nothing special. Skip the breakfast buffet. The fridge in my room was working and they replaced it within a couple of hours. There is no ice available for...

I have stayed for years at the Sheraton Suites Santa Fe in an Executive Suite, which has been nothing but excellent, although a bit outdated. Unfortunately my company has determined that this hotel is too expensive and we are forced to stay at the Camino Real Santa Fe, which is immediately next door to the Sheraton. While the Camino Real...

I stayed in this hotel for three nights in my last business trip to Mexico and it's a good choice. Rooms are big, restrooms are nice although water pressure is not that high and breakfast it's ok. The japanese rooftop bar is very nice, so don't miss the opportunity and go there to enjoy a couple of drinks!

Located in the most important business areas in the Mexico city. It's one of the very nice hotel in the area. Rooms are big and neatly maintained. Although internet is chargeable, but it is ok, considering the overall pricing of the rooms. A number of restaurants are available in the hotel with different varieties of foods. The view from my...

The hotel doesn't offer internet which I find crazy since the hotel is located in one of the most important business areas in Mexico City. They charge $195 pesos per day and it only allows you to connect one device. So my husband and I had to get 2 different passwords per each day that we where there. Insane!!!! They...

Well located for those who need to be in the Santa Fe business district, and close to shopping mall. Modern, airy hotel. Big rooms, in good shape. Comfortable bed, good bathroom, big window/view, and efficient temperature control. Adequate (above average) fitness centre. "Bice" restaurant is their main dinning facility, which is good in service and food selection.. NOT free Internet,...

Location of this Camino Real Hotel is ideal if the traveller has to be in the Santa Fe district of Mexico City for business. Otherwise the hotel is too far away from the center of town and most of the attractive areas like Centro historico, Polanco etc. Rooms are comfortable. What's missing is a reasonably priced Coffee shop for breakfast...

The hotel is fairly modern with an interesting architecture. The lobby and reception area give a feel for being airy. The room was pretty good with the floor to ceiling windows giving lots of sunlight and an open feel. Would have loved a coffee machine in room. Only got to try the Bice Bistro and found it overvalued for what...
