I am going back home today and I will get back with my mom and dad. Because they did not get my order right 8 times but the food was yummy in the end. Hi guys I am just leaving the park now. Thanks for all the support guys.
I've been traveling a lot in the past couple months and by far, this has been my favorite place. it's clean, comfortable with nice, spacious rooms but the best is the staff. They went above and beyond everything to make me feel welcome and cared for, I have never experienced just kindness and care in any hotel I've been to. this is always gonna be my go to hotel in Mexico City from now on
What ever was agreed by the booking agent was not respected, one of the staff member was rude and disrespectful her name is Denisse Gonzalez She verbally kept on asking for 3000 peso for a guest to be allowed for an hour in my room which was specifically agreed by the booking agent was not allowed and when I asked in writing she asked for 300 peso and I have this with me.
After our flight was cancelled, American Airlines shipped us to this hotel. The staff members were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They couldn’t even provide 2 water bottles - only 1 bottle per room which makes no sense. The room seemed clean but the sheets smelled like chlorine and were stiff. The toilet was broken and the AC never truly worked. Getting in and out of the hotel, especially when the mall is closed, is difficult and time consuming. It’s also not very close to the airport - at least 15 minutes. The buffet food was dismal - hot dogs and white rice. However, I’m not sure how much of this has to do with the hotel or American Airlines. Hope this helps but there’s plenty of beautiful, comfy places to stay where people are incredibly sweet for a better price in CDMX.
Our Aeromexico flight was cancelled and we were provided a voucher to the Fiesta Inn. It was 2:00 a.m. and we waited for a shuttle from the Airport. When we contacted the hotel to see where the shuttle was, staff hung up on us several times. We took a cab to the hotel and was told that it was booked. Staff there made no effort to help us. Several stood around talking and laughing while we desperately attempted to contact a hotel that would accept us at that late hour. They were useless and rude. Find another place!
Everything we wanted. The room was great. Bed was GREAT ! The staff was professional. The shuttle service was A+. The people really made the difference. Gerardo and Jessica took care of every need with promptness.
this place was excelent in every way but one, which happens to be crucial. I arrived around 11 pm, there is no main entrance so one has to talk into the mall to access this hotel. but in order to get into the mall, the uber or taxi needs to go into a paid parking lot, which they don't like to do. I was left alone at night in front of a very dark building. I'm mexican, I know this area can be quite dangerous and walking with luggage on the street should be COMPLETELY out of the question. the only thing that sort of saves this experience is how great the service, room and price was once I was in the hotel. but for any traveler, PLEASE BE WARNED don't arrive at night.
My husband and I recently stayed at Fiesta Inn (there are 2 Fiesta Inn’s close to the airport). We flew in late and had to leaving the next morning to Zihuatanejo and same situation on the way back. The shuttle is really good, it leaves every hour and you can tell the staff at the airport when you want to leave and what terminal your going to. At the airport, depending on your terminal, the hotel has an office inside the airport or an employee in charge of the shuttle outside. The other bonus with this hotel is that it’s connected to a big mall with plenty of restaurants and stores which was convenient as we didn’t have time to explore the city. Staff was friendly and helpful, clean comfortable rooms, we didn’t eat at the buffet but it did smell delicious. Cheapest hotel I could find near the airport that looked decent and it did not disappoint.…
Here's where you start. If you want a hotel close to the airport, this is not it, despite the name. However it is connected to a good local mall with lots of shopping and food options. I arrived at the airport and went to Gate 4 to await my shuttle. After I gave them my name and waiting 30 minutes, I was given a ticket and told to get a taxi and that it was prepaid. At the taxi stand I was told I had to go inside and exchange my ticket, which I did. 45 minutes later, I finally arrived at my hotel. Reception was great, my room was nice, I had plenty of hot water and the bed was great. After a while I went downstairs to get a Coke from the bar area. I got one from the cooler and someone came over from the main desk to help me. I said I wanted pay for my Coke and he told me to go to the main desk. When I went there, they told me to go to the restaurant. Finally after three people I was able to pay. Check out was a breeze, but the "shuttle" back to the airport was another snafu. We waited 20 minutes and when the four of us got downstairs, they figured out our luggage would not fit in the private car they were using. Why they didn't use the Fiesta Inn shuttle van, no one knew. One last point... Each room comes equipped with a small coffee maker. I asked the maid for something other than DeCaf and she told me DeCaf was all they had and I was only entitled to one serving. She was very rude. The facility in my opinion was fine. But many of my interactions with the staff were less than what I've come to expect from Fiesta Inn and this location is to be avoided if you need to be close to the airport.…
Easy check in and out. Stayed overnight for a layover. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Everything seemed new or in excellent condition. Wifi was fast and strong. Shuttle service to/from the airport was convenient!
