Maybe a little bit impersonal but a really great hostel. Room and bathroom were super clean, comfy beds, fast internet, good breakfast, nice outdoor terrace and full equiped kitchen. Many enjoyable common areas with couches, plasma tvs, dvd, and computers. Many hostels should learn and know from them that you can travel in a budget and get 1st class service....

Well priced and rather clean, this hostel is a good entry point for Oaxaca. Breakfast, linen, free internet, 4 pc's, kicker table, and this for 150 pesos in a 12er dorm. The only drawback is the somewhat impersonal atmosphere, I experienced (though, I only stayed for one night, off-season). Will recommend in the future.

In all honesty, although there wasn't much wrong with this place, our stay wasn't memorable either. We booked a private room with private bathroom and although it had all the amenities and more that we expected for the price we paid, the room was lacking character. At 600 pesos per night, we would have liked to see more charm or...

I would highly recommend Don Nino. I stayed in a dormitory for two months (I loved Oaxaca!): the staff were always friendly and helpful, there is a beautiful outdoor kitchen (but sheltered against rain and wind), and I don't think I have ever stayed in such a clean hostal! It's the type of accommodation that you look forward to returning...

The location is nice, however you have to walk around 15-20 minutes to the zocalo it's next to nice small park where there is a lot going on. The room was very nic with big TV, nice furniture. The bathroom was slightly worse as the shower was a bit old but it was not so bad. There was complimentary bottled...

I arrived 4 days before my girlfriend, so I decided to stay first at the Hostel, save some pesos and surprice her with a special dinner, it was a good choice, the dorm was very clean and quiet, have my own locker and the key dorm, I could use the kitchen that was very together (some of the staff work...
