We stayed here for five nights. The rooms were clean and simple but we had everything we needed including good wi fi. Staff were helpful and we are able to book a few things through them like Monte Alban and Hierve Agua. Breakfast is 110 pesos a day which consists of a Mexican daily option- eggs/beans/tortilla and continental of cereals,...

We just stayed in Casona Oaxaca for 4 nights. It is located in the middle of the town. Walking distance to many restaurant and gallerier. The stuff were so kind and the service was really good. They helped us for finding taxi, tours and good restaurants. Thank you :-)

This hotel is located very near the Zolaco and the markets. For exploring on foot it would be very hard to beat this location. For such an inexpensive hotel it provides an fantastic base to explore this fascinating city. It is clean, well maintained, safe, updated, and has a staff that is knowledgeable and caring. The rooms were FAR bigger...

Stayed here for four nights and I loved it! Not only was it a great price, it's in a perfect location two blocks from the Zocalo and one block from the Benito Juarez market. The staff was very friendly and the room was in great condition- very clean, great AC, comfortable bed, and a nicely updated bathroom. Also, they provide...

My family and I wanted Mexican charm and we got. Francisco and his staff were wonderfully helpful despite our poor Spanish. We were a block and a half away from the Zocalo and many attractions were within walking distance. Breakfast, which came for a nominal price, was good Mexican food. We all loved our stay there.

We spent 9 nights at this hotel so had plenty of time to really experience the hotel and all it has to offer. Location is great if you plan to walk around the city and see the sites and when you want to take tours outside the city the knowledgeable staff is ready to assist and advise. You are close...

It is a block from the Zocalo and short walk to many sites, shopping and the market. Breakfast was good and the hot dishes varied. High ceilings in the rooms and a charming courtyard. Rooms were clean and service was prompt if something did not work. Good value for the price.

This hotel is small, but close to the center of everything. The staff, and especially Francisco, were exemplary. He made arrangements for tours, printed my boarding passes when the time came. The breakfast buffet each morning was a nice variety. I will return to this hotel.

We are staying here for our 12 days in Oaxaca. We can't say enough about this hotel. Very clean, great price and everyone that works here is so sweet and helpful. Yes sometimes it's a little loud in the morning but we use that as our alarm clock. We will stay here everytime we come to Oaxaca. Centrally located to...

If cockroaches, cold showers, and street noises are your idea of a good place to stay, please come here. If not, go somewhere else. It is so not worth it. Next time in Oaxaca I will definitely stay somewhere else. The pictures looked much nicer than reality. I had to shower with cold water on Sunday after running it for...
