The decor is very traditional and local. You feel like you are really in San Cristóbal. Even the hotel keys have attention to detail. Very nice staff. Clean rooms. Located in the heart of the city. Restaurant opens at 7 am and is very good.

Great hotel in a great location, just a block from Guadalupe street which has great shops and some restaurants, and only one block also from the main plaza and Cathedral. The breakfast area is really nice and the food is delicious. But my favorite part is the great service from everyone working at the hotel, super friendly!

We stayed here for two nights. The positives - very good location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and with car parking close by. The only downside was that the room was downstairs and facing the street. This meant it had no window unless you opened the shutters straight onto the street so passers by could look straight in. As...

Dear Nick, Thank you very much for your preference and the time to leave us your valuable comment was taken. As for the room I tell him that the wooden door and window functions as having a gate, if you want to keep it open in addition to light there is another glass door with forward-facing curtain for privacy. Right in the heart of this beautiful town. Great service. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Rooms and facilities are good. Roof top terrace has fantastic views. Many restaurants in surrounding streets, for all tastes, including ours as a vegetarian/vegan family.

Me and my two teens visited Chiapas on the summer, we had a blast. Beauty surrounded us everywhere we went. We so much enjoyed El Chiflon, Agua Azul, Montebello and Palenque! Thanks to the hotel staff who were at all times generous and supportive. They helped us with all travel arrangements, including tours and transfers! We will be back soon,...

Our arrival at the hotel had a bad start. We have prepaid the room for two nights through the web but the receptionist would not recognize the payment. And it was our problem! After a while the problem was solved when the manager arrived. The rooms are charming, Mexican style and clean. Not luxus but okay. But compared to the...

Hotel with lots of charm and style. My room (103) was just beautiful with a french door that opened into a patio. But it got very noisy at night! It was close to reception and I could hear all the people walking around and talking. They should put some noise isolation on the door and windows. Overall, staff was very...

We were allocated a small room on the ground floor (102). The bathroom was also very small. There was no fan or air conditioning. The window (frosted glass) would not open although there was a small air hole at the bottom of the window. As it was, outside the window were the gas bottles, and other facilities relating to the...
