We stayed here for one night as it is quite near the airport. Good sized rooms which have air conditioning with cooling AND heating - a rarity in Mexico! An important deal for us are showers. These ones are hot and powerful. The restaurant was open until 23:00, where we had a meal, which was reasonably priced.

I have a sore lower back, and was happy to see that my 5 week vacation in Mexico did not aggravate it. That is until my last night at this Inn. I am a vegetarian, but generally in Mexico finding vegetarian food on the menu is not a problem. Not so, their restaurant. They even refused to substitute egg (which was on the menu in a meat dish) for chicken. The beans, fried bananas and fried potatoes were the worst meals of my vacation. I would have gone elsewhere to eat but was told that I would have had to take a taxi to downtown Veracruz. I know that this sounds like a bad review, but really how hard is it to replace a worn out mattress and have one vegetarian option on the menu in a newish hotel who is trying to look international. I can forgive the barking dogs as they have no control over them. The air conditioning unit sounded like an airplane turbine. The airport shuttle was great!

If you need a bed for the night close to the airport, look no further. This property is cleaner than some U.S. hotels I've stayed in! Our room was modern, with a queen bed, desk, nice shower with plenty of hot water, and speedy, complimentary WiFi. Other amenities include a complimentary breakfast, in-room safe, free airport shuttle, free on-site parking, a nice lap pool, and a restaurant open for breakfast and dinner. All this at a really good value.

Very new hotel, very clean, check in and check out we're fast and efficient. Our room was modern and had everything we needed for a one night stay. While getting the transport to airport on the morning of departure, the shuttle drive showed no interest in helping me with my luggage, four pieces, which was a little disappointing given the fact the rest of the staff was extremely helpful. Great value for the money.

We had a group leaving very early from VER and needed a hotel with comp shuttle. This was perfect! It's basic, clean and not fancy; however, the staff was super nice and very helpful. And while we needed to board the shuttle at 6:30 AM with breakfast starting at 7:00 AM, we were SO SURPRISED and HAPPY to see that breakfast was ready to go for us early. Muchisimas Gracias Hotel Urbainn.
