I can’t say enough good things about our trip to this resort. The property was the cleanest I have ever experienced at an all inclusive. Your room is cleaned early in the day and if you leave the do not disturb off when you go to dinner, they turn down your room as well! Karla from the room cleaning staff was bright and cheery and did a wonderful job everyday!
Nadia at the concierge was absolutely amazing from the first day we arrived to the last day when we checked out!! Armando at the lobby bar makes the best lattes and Luis at the outdoor bar makes the best Pina coladas! Ines from the cleaning staff is my favourite, such a sweet little lady!!
We came here for a couple getaway and the adult only space was perfect. We ended up golfing during our stay and must say it is worth it! The staff was great, the rentals were great and the course is in amazing shape!
Everything for us was 10 out of 10! We will be back!

Since you are housed in a separate part of the actual Iberostar, you have few points of contact with the other guests and it is very quiet. However, you can use all the locations of the main hotel indefinitely, but guests of the main hotel are not allowed in the separate Coral Level area.
The hotel area has its own swimming pool, private beach area including service, own restaurant and also own entertainment.
Each room has a balcony and also a beautiful sea view. On the balcony is a spa bath, which you can fill and use as you wish.
The rooms are well furnished and modern. Room service is included in this area of the hotel and is available 24/7. We used this 2x to have breakfast quite comfortably in bed. Ordered quickly via the hotel's own app and brought to your room within 20 minutes.
Since we both had birthdays during our stay, a small attention of the house came to our room on the respective day. A little surprise of really delicious cake. A small gesture that made us very happy.
The individual restaurants we liked very much especially the Steakhouse is highly recommended.
In the own breakfast area you could already be pampered in the morning with various delicious mimosas and have breakfast in peace with sea views.
On the beach directly at the hotel and separated from the “large” Iberostar beach, you have the choice between sea and pool and different loungers.
The waitress on the beach was a totally nice lady who also worried about getting enough shade. Since the sun is really not to be underestimated there, even if you cream yourself well. The lady always recognized you and was very happy to see you. Since there were unfortunately not so many sunbeds in the shade/umbrellas, she always looked around and kept us a shaded place free as soon as it emerged. This is not a given and we thought it was totally great!
All in all, we had a really fantastic holiday and would love to come back! Every penny is really worth it!

Beaches were clean drink were ok but felt like they were watered down no matter how much cocktails you drink didn't do anything. the last day there was a power outage in the resort around midnight elevator and some lights were down for about 3 hours or more and we were all stuck in the lobby there was no power in the rooms so everyone was feeling hot and sweaty when we were downstairs they closed everything off and left only the bathroom open none of the toilet worked and the water wasn't running either and to go bathroom in the dark with phone flash lights and sanitizer after since the sink weren't working we ask the one staff member that was in the front desk for water and he wouldn't provide any water to any of us they would even open the door so we can get a breeze from outside cause it was so hot in the lobby hotel guest were sleeping outside on the lounge chairs waiting for the power to get back on around 3am the power finally came back on and we all went back in the rooms but AC still wasn't working at that point we just passed out it was late and nobody down stairs didn't seem to care about all thr folks Will Not be going back agian to this resort save you $ and finf something better

My husband and I stayed at the Iberostar Corel for 8 nights to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Upon arrival to the main Iberostar lobby, we were shuttled by golf cart to the Coral Level at Iberostar Selection Cancun, where the Caribbean Sea provides a stunning backdrop for the stylish, nautically themed dedicated lobby. We don’t play golf, but the property includes a spectacular 18-hole green. This property is breathtaking and the hospitality was outstanding! Our junior suite was very large and had an oceanfront balcony, a hot tub with a little table and chairs to sit on, a large bathroom with a rain shower, and private commode area, and maid service came 2x a day to straighten up and refresh our towels. The infinity pool was beautiful and the water was wonderful because the pool was heated. We loved the swim up bars and grill side restaurant. The entertainment staff at the pool was always trying to get people involved in activities, I danced and did the “Macarina”. The beach was extremely clean and we loved walking amongst the property. Because the Corel Level pool would sometimes be crowded, we would go to one of the pools on the Selection side and lay under a grass hut. The Buffet at the Corel level was very fresh and had a great selection of food, the specialty restaurants- Teppanyaki Naga Hibachi, Italian, and Steak House restaurants were delicious! 😋
WHAT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: Need to add fans to the bathrooms because the mirrors fog up; improve the quality of the buffet on the Selection side; improve the Mexican restaurant (menu was very limited and we were in Mexico, LOL); some of the bartenders made bad drinks and We would have to reorder), entertainment shows were average at best (singers were ok, some of the dancers were awesome) - but shows were a little hokey and reminded me of the shows you see on a cruise. Overall I would give this property 4/5 stars.

Coral Level at Iberostar Selection Cancun!! What a nice experience!! Service: Jazmin, the restaurant captain, and Cori, the hostess, always welcomed us to the restaurant with a smile and made us feel at home. In the lobby bar Gaspar was always preparing delicious cocktails and Citlali, a very friendly girl, always smiling, delighted us with her smiles every night. On the beach we also had Laura, the towel girl, always with very exemplary treatment. I would like to highlight the work of Angela and Rocio, the girls who work as waitresses in the beach and pool area, these girls walk all day in the sand and under the sun bringing drinks and food to the guests on the beach, The work they do is incredible and perhaps despite feeling tired they always do it with a smile and with the best service that can be expected, my respects to them!! I also want to highlight Mamà Yoania as we affectionately call her, she is the captain of the restaurant on the night shift, and this woman's service is of another level, it is clear that she has experience in the hotel industry, because the truth is that she made us feel like In our house, a 100 for her. Where do I start. I will list the pros and cons. Pros: check in is very nice. The house keeping is outstanding. Please tip your house keepers.
Cons: family restaurant right next door. Be prepared for kids and sand to be flying around. Be prepared for people to put towels on chairs from the early morning and you trying to compete - good luck. I told the staff they said there is nothing they can do about it. I ended up meeting Williams who was able to get me somewhere to sit.
Pretty frustrating how people can throw a towel on a chair and then come back six hours later and expect their spot to still be there.
App is nice but spa is unresponsive. Prices aren’t listed. Over priced once finally scheduled.
Saving grace of all of this is Seby and Enrique. These are literally the only saving graces of this hotel. At my nightly rate of $600 I would have left early but I couldn’t (prepaid) but Enrique really did make everything better.
Also the steakhouse sides were lacking, no cowboy cuts.
I booked this place due to a review on YouTube.
Save your money go to Xcarte. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back.

Our stay at Iberostar Coral Level was nothing short of amazing. My friends and I stayed for 4 nights for my birthday, and it was the best and most memorable vacation we have had. The resort itself is beautiful, safe, and so clean. Our room was large and included a jacuzzi on the balcony. The resort is right on the beach and the beach was easily accessible, clean, and beautiful. There was no seaweed the entirety of our stay and the water was so warm in both the pool and the ocean! The hotel is also only a short 15-20 minute drive from the airport. The staff at Iberostar are incredible, they make all guests feel like welcome and comfortable, and all seem like they genuinely love their jobs. Some notable staff members I want to give special recognition to: Fermin is the pool concierge and made us feel right at home everyday by the pool. We rented a poolside cabana on my birthday and he was so friendly and attentive the entire time. We spent a lot of time getting to know things from him about Mexico/Cancun and it made us feel like we were close friends. Two other people that made our time at the pool so much more enjoyable were the event / entertainment staff Jaime and Erick. They were also very friendly and attentive and provided so many fun activities by the pool, and did a really good job at making people feel comfortable enough to participate. Our poolside waitresses, Itzel and Roziel, were so attentive and friendly and again made us feel like we were hanging out with close friends the entire time. I want to also give a special thank you to Raphael from the concierge/front desk. Unfortunately, our balcony jacuzzi wasn’t working the first couple of nights and we were unable to use it. Raphael offered us a poolside cabana on our very last day to make up for the inconvenience of not being able to use this amenity. It meant a lot and really made a huge difference in our day by the pool, being able to enjoy the shade and AC when we felt a little too hot. I also wanted to shoutout to Raul and Desirae (I believe was her name) at the concierge/front desk. They were always so helpful and friendly every time we saw/spoke to them. Overall the food was good, especially for being all-inclusive. The specialty restaurants did require reservations, but making the reservations were very easy as they ask you as soon as you arrive. I was even able to book one dinner a week prior to arriving. The drinks were excellent and they definitely did make them very strong and not watered down at all. There were events all day and night throughout the resort, so plenty of activities to keep busy. I also appreciate that this hotel is focused on conservation and sustainability, they don’t use any waste like plastic cups or straws. I highly highly recommend staying at Iberostar, specifically the Coral Level, as it is the adults only side and was not crowded at all, even on the weekend. We will definitely be coming back here every year, new favorite vacation spot!

Check in was easy and quick, our room was ready when we arrived early in the day. The staff members were all attentive to any needs we had. Each drink is made from scratch with fresh fruit etc. so it can be a bit of a wait but well worth it. I found the location to be quite windy compared to other resorts we stayed at, this was okay when we were there because it was very hot. The food was good for an AI. Entertainment was fairly quiet, if you're looking for a party you will have to go off resort. We generally don't go back to the same place twice but this hotel is an exception and we would go back.

Overall this is our favorite next to the Grand in Punta Cana.
Food is good overall.. Dont eat the ice cream as it is so rich and creamy you wont be able to stop !!
Following are my disappointments that I have noticed several times at this resort.
1) Breakfast oats - they make the oatmeal mostly milk, and not much oatmeal. This is NOT how you cook oats, it is supposed to be thick with more oats, less milk. They cannot seem to get this right after 6 visits, and I tried to explain but they dont get it.
2) Ribs - when you cook ribs, they are supposed to cook for a long time at a fairly low temperature so they become TENDER. The ribs here are horrible, every time, they are terrible, not tender and tough as nails.. so disappointed they do not know how to cook ribs.
3) the Brazillian - There were not many choices for the meat. The chicken was the best, the rest was just so so, not that great, but not horrible.
4) I like all the morning servers, HOWEVER, they need a hot water station near where you sit, it is annoying to wait up to 10 minutes for your tea to arrive in the morning.. Sometimes it just takes what seems like forever.
Otherwise everything else we like. rooms have GREAT views ! but are rather small unless you get a corner unit for a lot more $$$ ........ We had the owner of the resort on our floor which was interesting, but the security walkie talkie beeping all night was annoying as you can hear it in the room.
Animation staff should stay home when sick, however they are great by the way, and are lots of fun.
Fermin and Williams are great at the pools helping with umbrellas etc.
Barterders are fantastic !! Santiago and Emilio, also Sebastian stand out.
Waitresses are great out in the pool area !
Night time is quiet, there is a dead time between when you eat (around 6 or so) and when the entertainment starts, its a bit boring. Also the entertainment at Coral is pretty low key I guess you could call it. They have shows when weather permits, or move to the lobby for some shows if raining.
Overall we like it here and will be going back.

Rain in the caribbean comes and goes. Most forecasts will say it's going to rain every day. Most of the time it rains for 5-10 minutes and stops. No one is really going to be able to tell you if it's going to rain for the entire week.
