I really enjoyed my stay here. It's a bit expensive, around $17/night, but that's because Cancún is a rather touristy, therefore pricier spot in Mexico. However, breakfast is included and you have options. Waffles, pancakes (you make them yourself), toast with eggs and chorizo or oatmeal. A staff member also goes with you to the beach everyday and they bring...

we were not allowed to change the name and so we had to pay twice, all about the money, there are much better hostels, little breakfast. you can choose: two eggs or two waffles, I met a lot of lovely backpackers and otherwise nice staff

Located in downtun Cancun, in walk able distance to the ADO bus station and nearby supermarkets. A long distance from any beach, but a cheap taxi ride away from the ferry to Isla Mujeres, which is a popular day trip amongst the people staying. The rooms and facilities are what you would expect from a low priced hostel. I stayed...

I visited back in June and I was new to solo travel then. When I arrived I immediately felt relief! All the staff and people staying at the hostel were so friendly and nice, you felt included straight away. Each night they have something going on that you can get involved in too - such as pot luck. As the...

Ka'beh hostel is without a doubt one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. The staff is super friendly, quick and helpfull, when not cheeky and humourous, which creates a fun atmosphere and tons of laugher. The hostel is very well- managed and the service is excellent. I was staying around Christmas time and NYE, which is high season...

I think the hostel is relying a bit too heavily on its past achievements or reputation. To wit: breakfast is horrible, rooms are cramped and run down; heating and cooling are poorly regulated; no evidence of a hands on-owner; intermittent intrusions by crazies and beach bums. Yeah location is good but really there are many similar quality hostels and hotels...

I stayed at this hostel for three nights. The location is great, just a 5-10 minute walk from the ADO bus station. Staff are really lovely! I met some great friends and memories staying here. They have good wifi, free breakfast, lockers and the atmosphere is great! 11 peso on the local bus to the hotel zone and they always...

Huh, where to start? Awesome hostel. Best taff ever, they're so so sooo friendly and funny and welcoming. Every hostel says that you'll feel at home there, but the Ka'Beh is the only one so far that I've felt so much at home. Coffee all day, big water can, well-equipped kitchen with big fridge. Nice garden with hammocks and tables....

I'll start with the pros first of all: - well equipped kitchen - tv with netflix is always a winner - good wifi throughout the hostel - make yourself breakfast was a cool idea, at any time - worker from South Africa who checked us in was really thorough and kind. He was very informative and helped with several questions...
