Very central, with fantastic food market 7mins away, massive rooms, safebox. There are local buses stopping in front, lots of shops around. ADO bus station 10 min walk along Avenida Tulum. Here you find out that Cancun accommodation doesn't have to be expensive.

This very basic hotel had some important things going for it - location was great (close to grocery store, banks, medical clinic, ADO bus depot, bus stop right in front of hotel), it was clean, and had air conditioning and free wifi. I felt safe in the hotel and in the neighbourhood. It was within walking distance to a humongous... More

A nicely run small hotel and good value for money. The room is pretty rustic, but clean and functional. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room also had a balcony. Not much of a view, but a nice way to relax or just hide from the sun. Only complaint is the noise from the AC, which intermittently sounds lije a... More

Location is great because it is near the ADO bus station. A cheap and wonderful Chinese restaurant is situated to the left. The owner of the hotel speaks English very well. They only accept cash. My room was spacious and cozy. AC was fully functional. I would definitely stay here again when I return.

Stayed overnight for the flight next morning. A bit pricey(P460 for a single) this place looked like a hotel (though a bit old): a spacious and clean room, an electronic safe in the room, a balcony(but no nice view), shampoo, two towels, a large mirror etc. AC was OK but noisy. Wifi was fast. Located about 15 min. on foot... More

This place is a gem if you are looking for a clean, safe and friendly place to stay in downtown Cancun. The owners are very friendly and are ready to offer some excellent advice when it comes to traveling to the hotel zone or the outlying islands. The local buses stop directly outside of the hotel and for 10.5 pesos... More

Stayed here for 5 nights during the new year 2014/2015. It's near to everything (ADO bus station, 2 supermarkets, city hall, Banamex bank), which makes everything convenient. Room is basic, clean, and comfortable. There is no amazing view from the room but this is expected. The air-cond is always at 20 degree Celcius, and that is not adjustable. You can... More

I stayed here to be close to the ADO bus station as I had an early morning airport departure and needed to take the first bus to the airport. Check in was easy, payment is expected at that time in local currency. Lots of other activity in the lobby, perhaps selling side trips. I was traveling on a tight budget... More

Easy walk to & from bus terminal as well as convenient local buses to the beaches (only 9.50 pesos one way per person). Restaurants galore nearby including at least 3 Chinese ones for something different. There was a large supermarket at the corner. Maria was expecting us even though we had e-mailed her over 3 wks earlier & she knew... More

This hotel is located near ADO bus station so great position for backpackers traveling onwards. It is 10 minutes by walk. The rooms were simple but nice and clean which reflect the price. We booked online through booking.com as the best deal but the price per room is 525 pesos anyway at the hotel. Receptionist did not speak english but... More
