This place is amazing, small cpzy spacefull!! I stayed there and was treated very well, everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Couldn't expect less or more. The hotel itself is like an art gallery. The rooms have amazing views and the beach is at your doorstep! Not crowded. The perfect place to get away

For people looking for a wonderful getaway in Cancun - Hotel Casa Turquesa is your place. The place is a little secret on the hotel strip. My wife and I brought my staff to the hotel for a 4 day long weekend for a little rest and relaxation away from the dreary cold winter. Mr. Muse and his staff provided...

We were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to stay at the Casa for a few days in the beginning of February. This is a very beautiful property and the beach is just incredible.. The views go on and on. As others have said it's like staying in A friends mansion on the beach that is if your friend was...

Mr. Muse (the manager of Casa Turquesa) overcharged me on the all-inclusive portion of my trip. I cannot get in touch with him now that I am back home because he won't answer my phone calls. He flat out lied to me that I wouldn't be charged the full amount and I was. I don't understand how he can get...

We loved absolutely everything about our ten day stay here! The room and the bed was very comfortable with everything we needed and more, including a nice outside balcony deck with a private jaccuzzi tub overlooking the pool deck and the ocean. All of the staff were friendly and went out of their way in every way they could think...

The Case Turquesa is a hidden gem in Cancun. It is unlike any other hotel on the strip. Built in the late 1980's for hosting government officials, it is like a mansion that has been repurposed as a boutique hotel with only 36 rooms. For this reason, the rooms are massive. Much bigger than a standard hotel room. There are...

We booked this hotel through a promotion for 2 nights. We were told upon checkin that breakfast was included in our reservation. The welcoming was pleasant with a lovely female staff member explaining to us about the hotel. She took us to our room to make sure we were satisfied with it. The hotel and the room looked old but...

We want to thank you for the time you took to write all these comments. Nevertheless we think that you only tried to hurt the hotel reputation as you told us in the front desk during your check out. When you confirmed your reservation through the agency you chose you should have noticed that the breakfast and the Wi-Fi had...
